Great gazebo

I love this gazebo- I love it so much I have 3 now, easy set up and it wears really well. Customer service is most excellent as well.

arrived with no nuts bolt and brackets

Two of us managed to put the gazebo up. Very stylish with good quality material.

The system was very hard to set up even with three people. We did have a strong wind that same evening with hail and hard rain. It survived that seems to be holding up. The only issue I have is you can’t tie back only one side of curtain and not the other. On the corner and sides. I may put Velcro on it to see if that works we have had it for 2 weeks

I was really impressed with this item

Poor weld!

I was putting it together and l grabbed a part and a piece of it broke right off. I definitely would not recommend this to anyone. I didn't feel like taking apart to return. I should looked at the reviews before buying.

The gazebo looks nice but the metal is really thin some of the bolts when you tighten them they just go straight through the metal I had to use a washer to give it some strength so I could bolt it together and I ordered a 3m x 2m but got a 3m x3m instead by the time I got it out of the parcel and put it together (the bolts when straight through) it was to late to send it back

I would award zero stars if it was an option, item ordered 30/03 & £15:99 paid for ‘speedy delivery’ expected 05/04, didn’t arrive, I was then told it would be delivered between 11/04 & 12/04 but still not delivered, maybe you should vet your suppliers a bit better as they’re obviously dishonest

Color

I ordered a “Brown” apparently they only have khaki. So if you’re looking to find brown, this is not the one for you. In fact, I’m going to look around to see if I can find a real brown one lol and return this one.

Snapped like a twig

Set up wasn’t bad. It does take 3 people, but once up, it was nice. Unfortunately, it didn’t even make it through one year. We set it up in Sept and by March it snapped like a twig with a tiny gust of breeze. It wasn’t even a windy day. The roof already has a ton of tears in it. It didn’t have any snow or tree debris on it. Very disappointed in the quality but it was less than $300 so if you just want something very short term and $300, is chump change to you, then you might not mind this.

Buy one with sand bags!

First big wind, lifted and the flew up and over my electric lines. I now know to buy one with the sand bags. Disappointed didn't last but a few months.

I’ve had it for less than two years and the frame has already rusted and broken. The top is torn in several places. Not worth the money

The canopy took some time to assemble. The first bad weather storm picked it up & threw it on top of the house. The spikes didn’t assist in stabslizing / grounding.

Poor and unsafely supported product

Metal framing and support are, unfortunately, very poor quality. Ours only lasted approximately 2 mos...visually appealing but sturdiness is a 2 out of 10. Stakes for ground are of little to no support. Very rare do I ever give low ratings on products but this? This is to hopefully prevent a horrible purchase from another customer. Disappointed. : (

Only the second summer and parts have rusted and broken already. Probably only get to use it this summer before needing to replace. Prior purchase lasted over 10 years.

It went together easy with my wife and I doing it it didn’t need 3 people. I’m very happy with my purchase and the wife loves it.

This is my 2nd of these gazebos -- the first one was ripped to shreds in our rain / wind storms. Its a fine product at a great price. Thanks. PBM
