Sturdier than you think. The difficult part is putting the roof together. Took two old folks about 4 days to get the roof on. Once you get through the roof part all was great. Lag bolted to deck. so far no problem with wind gust. Did not use curtain or bug screen.

It’s been a very frustrating experience. Delivery of the gazebo took way too long… 3 12 weeks! When it finally arrived, I rearranged my plans the next weekend so we could put it together. Upon getting all the pieces ready to go for assembly, we noticed that two brackets were missing on one of the leg columns (the brackets came preinstalled on all other leg columns, so this was a manufacturer mistake). These brackets are the foundational pieces to build the whole frame, so we couldn’t move forward. I contacted Wayfair, Wayfair contacted the manufacturer, and they should be sending replacement parts within the next week… plus another week for shipping. Just trying to get all the parts for gazebo has been such a waste of time and we haven’t even started building it yet.

This gazebo is exactly what we wanted for our yard. With our cement footings ready, it came together exactly as the directions detailed (make sure the diagonal measurements match before doing the roof!) all the parts were there with a couple of spares. All the holes matched, it takes time and patience, but was by the numbers. The drapes (bug screen and shade) are excellently designed, with tie backs to work with every configuration of open or closed. It’s been up for two weeks and we’ve used it daily. A great value for the money, two big thumbs up!

Great product!

Absolutely NOT worth the money! In the question and answer section it specifically stated there were two hooks to hold a fan and a light. First of all there was only one hook and upon placing a fan that was recommended by Home Depot the entire hook fell off. I also received a defective mosquito net.I have made numerous contacts to the company with absolutely zero results. I was told they would get a new mosquito net right out as a replacement and months later have still not received it. They just have completely ignored the issue of the hook. I’m pretty sure there are much better gazebos available at a much lower cost that would provide a higher standard of quality and customer service.

My wife and I assembled this! First time ever with something like this. It came out beautifully, and is still standing!

I read tons of reviews and decided on this gazebo based off those reviews. The gazebo was a nightmare to assemble, directions horrible and I had a team of 4 very handy, capable individuals working on it for 10 hours. After spending an hour unboxing and wrapping many parts one of my main poles had an obvious dent it in. As I already had people lined up to assemble it, I had to move forward with putting it up. Took photos of the dent. Wayfair directed me to the manufacturer who offered me a new pole, which wouldn't have helped as I've already assembled and had it up. Then offered me a $20 compensation for the dent, what a joke. Not happy with their customer service at all. Would never buy another product from then again.

Came in great shape. All parts were there and fit well. Brought the family in to help setup.

I love this gazebo!!!

The experience was wonderful. We were looking for a hard top one. We didn’t want it to be too small or too big. We wanted a mid size one. We found what we wanted in your brand. We have heard nothing but good reviews with your company. So we wanted to give you all a try. I love this gazebo. We have gotten many compliments on it.

Came like it was a returned product, scratched dented and defective, and all they wanted to offer was touch up paint ! one of the ladies you had to talk to was so rude and would hang up on you . Don’t buy!!!

Instructions are abysmal! Plastic roof clips are an absolute pain in the behind! Someone should be beat severely about the head and shoulders for this design. It leaks when it rains.

Beautiful gazebo, I love the finished product but the assembly instructions where challenging and using 2-sided tape provided was an issue. We've had it up for 2 weeks and it is a delight. I'd recommend watching a youtube videos before you get started and purchasing clear 2-sided tape on a spool. It's quicker and more reliable.

I think this is a superior gazebo. I was quite impressed by the quality of the materials used in the manufacturing. I mounted my gazebo onto a custom concrete slab that I had built for it. I made the attachment with expandable concrete anchor bolts, and they seem extremely strong and secure. The color is perfect for my property, and the overall look is very pleasing. I really like the design and the proportions. The assembly instructions, while complex, are very easy to understand and follow step-by-step, and the assembly is easy for two people if both are attentive to the written instructions. There are many, many individual parts that look very much like each other, so moving with haste can cause assembly errors, but the instructions are quite detailed and helpful. I think it is important to have two 6-foot ladders for the two assemblers, and we had one 8-foot to help with the highest parts of the assembly. We also benefitted from having a couple of four-foot ladders just for easy movement around the assembly. The many nuts and bolts must be carefully managed and identified, and we found it helpful to have made our own enlarged platforms for holding tools and parts within easy reach from the high positions on the ladders, just to reduce the climbing up and down that is required throughout the assembly process. My gazebo came quickly and free of any damage. Of the hundreds of parts, I was missing only two small plastic hooks for attaching the mosquito nets. One simple phone call resulted in an immediate shipment of the missing parts, along with extras, just in case. Great customer service!

The gazebo is a major project to assemble. Can not be done by one person, you need a small team. Once assembled it seemed very nice in spite of the high cost to purchase. How ever after it was up and being used a big problem showed with its design. If you close the curtains for the rain or close the insect screen for bugs and there is any wind, the curtains and the screen get blown right off. Also the rails that holds the curtain clips ( that don’t work) are open at each corner and lets the curtains and clips slide right out. So there are a couple ways that the curtains do not stay on the gazebo. This reduces the value of this gazebo by at least 50%. They need to come up with a fix for this and get it to all the customers that purchased one of these gazebos. I would suggest to not purchase one of these unless they do in fact use different clips and close the opening in the rails.

Deceptive instructions but great once completed

The gazebo is great, once all put together, the assembly was not easy. We ended up finding a you tube video, which made the process easier but still not a great help.

The gazebo was fairly easy to assemble. The directions were just OK. We have really enjoyed the gazebo and has added to our deck. We now can enjoy our deck 10 times more as we have avoided weather and bugs. It does not leak and keeps out the bugs. The canvas sides and bug screens have worked well. I give it 4.5 stars
