Replaced my 25 year old Cadet wall heaters.Work great!Should have done this sooner.

Excellent Heat Element

The exact replacement for the Cadet heater. This element provides excellent heat, a strong fan to push it into your room; but, the thermostat has a VERY limited low range, wants to keep your room close to 70-degrees but not much lower and without a positive OFF setting there is no control of your heating bill. If your bathroom has a window or on an outside wall, better wire to a baseboard thermostat with an OFF.

Cadet CS 152

Just what I needed was an original replacement for the Cadet CS152 Unit(s) I was able to save money by purchasing only the needed insert and not the entire kit as sold by Box Stores. I have recommended this purchase to co workers that have the exact same product aging in their homes.

good value

some of the heating coils were touching hence it glowed. plus one of the coils was grounding against the chassy and it sparked but once I separated the coils and removed the short all is fine. To be fair these issues could have arisen from shipping. So far so good had it on all night an no issues so far. Ecol6327

Pay attention to the photo. No power switch. You have to remove the old (usually well worn) switch to use in the new heater. I would pay more to have a new switch too.

I like the product but it is ridiculously overpriced, more than $100? When you get this in your hands it weighs a few ounces, it's a mass produced metal box with a heating element and a fan. I feel like Home Depot should be finding cheaper competitors for this product, frankly not carry it because of unfair pricing. Just my opinion.
