Fire hazard
Brand new unit. Air fan shaft get stuck and stopped due to motor poor quality and fan plastic impeller blades start melting and burning due to overheating from heat elements. Traces of the fire are visible on attached cover picture.

Great place to but heater replacement unit
I use ComPack heaters (240 volt and 120 volt depending on room size) for heating my house. They burn out occasionally and need to be replaced; but the front cover and mounting case are still good. Zero lets me buy just the heater unit that I need; the big box stores charge $25-$30 more for parts I can't use.
