Excellent 120 volt mini split, but you will need to pull a vacuum on the refrigerant lines which isn't difficult, or hire an HVAC tech to install it for you. Runs quiet and cools and heats well.

Prepare for a hardwire installation
This is an okay unit. Some of the competitors 12btu mini splits allow for you to wire a 110v plug into an outlet for power. This one needs to be hardwired in, which is a letdown when you were mentally prepared for the plug. The quality of the unit is just as good as any unit. I dont know if I ever had one as quiet and this is my 12th mini split in the last 5 years. Time will tell.
Buy one you will like it.
I have bought 4 of these and they all work well I will buy more of them in the near future.

Was damaged from factory. Bent shroud. indoor unit makes a crackling noise.
