So far we have installed several of these for a client who owns a number of properties. We have put together a package for each property, with more anticipated, that meet the needs of various floor plans with significant improvement in air quality etc.

So far so good (1 month in place) Replaced a Honeywell unit (which died after only a little over 1 year, don't buy Honeywell!!!).

Aprilaire E070

The unit appears to be working well.

After 4 Aprilaire units, I won't get anything else from them

Bought another one because the 1-year-old unit was not working any I needed it now. I thought I could reason with them, but that wasn't an option.

Excellent dehumidifier

I purchased the Aprilaire unit to replace a Santa Fe compact unit that had failed and was no longer serviceable. The Aprilaire unit is extremely quiet and allows the user to select the desired humidity. Humidity level is displayed on the control panel.

Second purchase of E70

This is our second purchase of this unit - it works wonderfully in an extremely damp cottage built directly on an unsealed stone slab. Can't yet speak to the longevity of the E70 but have been extremely pleased with its performance thus far.

This unit was purchased to control RH in my crawl space. Had an Aprilaire unit for 5 yrs and finally stop working and of course out of any factory warranty. In need of a quick and updated replacement found Sylvane to provide me with a replacement that meets all requirements. So impressed with Sylvane's (1) day overnight shipping to my home.

Aprilaire E070 Dehumidifier

The unit suppled works great except it rattles during starting and stopping. I talked with the suppler and they have agreed to supply the replacement unit when they the supply expected in October, 2022 Thanks

We live in the mid-Atlantic. Humid and our basement needs a dehumidifier. In the past we had purchased dehumidifiers form big box stores, but as time went on they became less suited for our application due to the exhaust air design, and only lasted about 5 years. Our basement is set up so that the dehumidifier can be placed in a closet, and blow the air from one room to another. However, all the big box dehumidifiers I could find this time would not do that. Indeed, even our last purchase required some creative tinkering to do this.

Bought this unit for a crawl space after the original dehumidifier quit working after 6 years. I like this unit better, I especially like the digital controls, you don't have to get to the right humidity level by trial and error - just put in the level you want to maintain. I do wish I would have bought the hanging kit, it would have made the install much faster and easier.

This unit is being used to control humidity in the basement. It replaced a Honeywell DR65, which had 3 warranty replacements, 2 for the Freon leaking out and 1 for a bad humidity control.
