This is a great product that I constantly use and love a great deal.
great and easy
this is a great rice cooker. for the days that you don't feel like being in the kitchen. it cooks very well you can make all kind of dishes in this rice cooker. I would recommend it for people that knows how to cook.
Why is this called a 30 cup rice cooker?
While the description and the packaging clearly say "30 cup," the instructions and the measure marks in the cooker say that the maximum capacity is 15 cups. And that is not 15 actual cups, but 15 of the small 3/4 cup that comes with the cooker. It cooks just fine, just a much smaller amount than expected.

the cooker for just myself was way to big. This is for someone who cooks for a family or a large group os people. I didnt use it diue to this and returned right away to get a smaller cooker

Product Warranty is nonsense with this product
I purchased the item. It broke within 2 months, and no Hamilton Beach will not replace it, or communicate with me to resolve this problem. If you see this product don't buy it. It's not worth it, or the time to get a replacement for the item.
I can’t keep the ON button on it keeps on going to the warm setting on it’s on. Also the bottom part of the pot burn the rice but the rice still uncooked.
