Used the air fryer mode last night. The fries turned out great.
I love it. Has everything I need. Not too big, but big enough.
Cleaning
Impossible to get the metal trays inside clean. I have even tried Brillo pads and letting the trays soak overnight. After a few uses, it looks like I have had it for years. Very disappointed as it was a Christmas gift from my son
Very happy with this toaster oven. The controls are easy to use and the temperature seems to be very accurate. The air fryer function is great for a variety of items.

Many good things: perfect toast—3 shelf levels, fits on a kitchen counter in the same space as a standard toaster oven but this one is convection and has a sizable air fryer. It’s simply the best!

Works Really Well
This item arrived in a reasonable time and undamaged. I got it to replace one that was too small. I tried it out using the air fryer setting to reheat fried chicken. It worked really well as all of the pieces were crispy on the outside and hot and tender on the inside. Reheating in my previous toaster oven (no air fryer capability) resulted in a soggy coating. I would like to add that the electrical cord is short and on the right-hand side of the appliance. You may need to rearrange your counter top to accomodate this. Although I haven't tried the oven or toaster settings yet, I doubt I'll be disappointed. I do not plan on broiling with this appliance due to the inconvenience of cleaning it and I have an indoor grill that works really well for this purpose and is easier to clean. All in all, I am happy with this appliance and will put it to good use.
