Love this product, we use it at least once a week. Smaller things tend to work better in the air fryer but steaks and pizzas are great in the oven

Better than the expensive ones I have.

I used this in the islands for 3 months straight. A welcome to heating up the entire oven. This is my 3rd air fryer and this rates number 1 to me . I love that it could hold an entire foil baking pan . It is a tad bigger than my other 2, but who would have thought this brand would be better than the 2 other name brands . Upon my return I purchased one for one of my daughter's new house . Excellent find . Love it .

Dangerously hot

The glass door gets very hot, and the way it opens it is likely to burn your hand. Use a mitten every time. I’ve burned my hand twice.

[Rewarded Review] Excellent counter top oven

I got this due to the oven control panel failed on my gas range, cost to fix or replace to high. Hamititon Beach calls this the "Sure-Crisp XL Digital Air Fryer Oven". No where does it mention toaster oven as it is called by Best Buy. So; too big to use as a toaster, which is what I was looking for. Works great plenty of room for a whole chicken and 12" pizzas. Bakes very well with even cooking, worked great with a 3 pound turkey breast. It does bake hot by about 30 degrees, so reduce whatever cooking temp indicated by 30 degrees. The outside of the oven does get pretty hot, so I set it on 4 Mexican tiles and 2 tiles behind. The top of the oven got to 220 degrees when baking a frozen pie at 370 degrees for 40 minutes. So on top of the oven I placed a fan unit designed for hot running stereo amps. Which just happened to be almost the same size. The fan reduced the outside temp of the oven top by a 100 degrees. I stacked round magnets to use as spacers for more room between oven and fan. Much safer temp and i no longer worry about overhead cabinets getting too hot. I like the oven aside from baking hot and the outside oven temps which are reasonable when you consider you have a metal box that is 400+ degrees inside.

Purchased this for my husband. He likes to cook several things at once but doesn’t like the mess and clean up. From the day it arrived he has used it at least 3 days a week. Every time he uses it he says how much he likes the oven. So far there have not been any issues with anything. He did find out that he can’t escape the cleaning up afterwards, though. The price he has to pay for enjoying cooking.

I love it, the only down side is there is no toaster setting. To toast bread you need to use the conventional oven setting and watch closely to prevent burning the toast.

Got this as an alternative to an oven as my landlord hasn't fixed mine yet. Works great, cooks things a little fast than packaging says to cook.

I will give our disappointments first then the things we like about this oven. If you want toast, it takes 8-10 minutes to get both sides browned. The bread gets super hard in the process because of the time exposed to the heat. We have tried all the settings. Nothing seems to give you a brown top on bread, etc. quickly. For various timed functions, you must press start after the oven notifies you it has reached the temperature or the time function will not engage. However, it will keep cooking for a period of time. The things we love It’s big!! I can season all of my frying pans in this oven. It is Definitely nice when cooking pizzas. In lieu of the microwave, we can reheat 2 full-size plates of food at once. Can cook 4-5 different foods at once depending on pans needed. Ex. Bake cornbread on one rack while three different vegetables roast on the other rack. I really like that the display is completely off when not in use so no extra electricity to keep the display lights on.

Top notch oven!

This oven is awesome!!! I haven't used the oven on my range since I purchased this. It doesn't it all. The air fryer function is the best one I've ever used, and I've had a few. Convection bake is also great. It also really holds 2, 9"x 13" pans at the same time.

I love my air fryer I use it everyday I love that I can cook 2 pizzas at once. It heats up fast and it cooks even. Very easy to use!
