Exactly What I Needed

This tray is sturdy, it easily adjusts up and down without any knobs (knob is used for degrees of tilt but not adjusting height up and down). It slides smoothly, fits my larger keyboard and mouse on the platform, and still hides completely under my desk. The wrist rest is not fixed and makes it easy to clean, but stays put when I'm typing. Exactly what I needed!

[Rewarded Review] The Best Adjustable Keyboard Tray

As an office manager, after over 3 hours of research I nervously selected this unit. I decided to go with this unit because of a review from another office manager. That was the deciding factor. What makes it absolutely terrific - my admin staff comes in all silhouettes and this shelf does the job. Plus my admin desk are well made all wood walnut desks and I could not have the desks marred because a unit did not adjust well. It had to work the first time - AND BOY HAS IT. Thank goodness I did not go with the module less expensive. It was more cumbersome to adjust the levels. This one does everything as described.

Our office desks are beautiful solid wood RH desks and wanted to be sure not to damage the desks in case the keyboard didn't work. We choose the longer mounting panel, the desks have great depth, to ensure clearance for the tall people in the office (3 of 4). It is just as they said. Solid and smooth

I have this keyboard tray at work and it is solid! The tray easily drops down and is very stable. Its wide enough to put your keyboard and mouse on easily. I purchased another brand that looked like this for my home and hated it. So, I purchased another one of these for my home. Ahhhhh. Solid!

Missing two screws, bad instructions

there is something called an end cap, which you can see in the pictures, but it is missing two screws and no real instructions on how to place it. For something that costs about $200 it should include WRITTEN instructions besides a picture with only one sentence in 5pt font. Also for the other parts, different drill bits are listed in different places. Kind of annoyed right now!

Good Price/Quality, Better than Others We've Used

I have 8 of these keyboard trays in my company, and they are the only keyboard tray we use now after having tried many others, including similar trays from the same manufacturer. The other trays we've used, including those from this manufacturer with a separately attached mouse tray simply break after a while. Having one sturdy platform, some of the trays we have are 8 years old and still going strong. The only slight caveat is the tray sliding action is a bit stiff, but not bad. I wasted over $1,000 buying more expensive trays that did not hold up as well as this tray, so it's my tray of choice now.

This keyboard tray is extremely adjustable. I am using it in the corner and it slides out just to the right spot and adjusts to just where I need it for the location it is in.

Difficult Tray

I would not recommend this product! It comes with a ton of pieces and very difficult to put together. Several attempts from different employees. I will be returning this product.

Love this keyboard tray

This is the first time I have ever used a keyboard tray and I love the fact that I can adjust the height and incline. It takes some time to get used to it, but I would definitely recommend it.

Design and functionality- great. Quality control, not so great

I love this keyboard drawer. I bought this to upgrade an older lock knob style (not 3m) drawer. This one glides pretty smoothly, and the keyboard adjusts very easily. I am putting this away multiple times a day, and it is so much easier then the twist lock knob style. The only problem I had with the item, is that the keyboard tray itself, had a nice split in it upon arrival. Packaging was fine. However, to send it back to 3m warranty would have a 2-3-week turnaround time.

Well worth it

Very Happy with it. Instructions could have been better explaining that the weight of the keyboard tray will hold the arm in place since there is no locking knob. Overall very well worth the price

Excellent

Went ahead and bought a more expensive model simply because I knew the cheaper ones could be a waste of time and money. I love this keyboard drawer, its exactly what I needed and wanted. Its expensive but its worth the money to have a proper solid keyboard drawer. I would buy another one tomorrow without hesitation. Wasn't too difficult to install. Highly recommend it without any hesitation.

I am into the second week of usage. I have used other keyboard trays in the past, so I know what it brings. Key points:- 1) The mouse tray is 3/4 inch higher, so if you have used the keyboard and mouse on a table or same flat surface, this is difference and during the initial days, it will really bother you. 2) You can put an ergonomic keyboard and not use the wrist pad for the key board. 3) Small mouse tray, good for track ball mouses, will work for regular too... but the same size as regular mouse pads. 4) Too smooth mousing surface. When I used my Logitech mouse on the table, it gave some useful friction, I an still copping with the new smoother mousing surface. I really like the idea that when I am tired sitting, i can stand and still work at the keyboard and mouse. -- Relatively easy to install -- Looks sturdy -- Smooth operation So far happy, and I have purchased 3, two for my colleagues too.
