Moving handles bars

My son has one of these jumbo kids scooters and the handle bars move not lining up to the tire. We have tried everything to try and tighten or stop from moving but we can’t do it . It’s frustrating as he just wants to play with it and it keeps giving him issues . I don’t really know what to do from here . Can someone help me or fix it or replace it ? Let me know thanks.

Cheap quality!

This scooter is cheaply made. It broke in half after 2 months of using it. So I went ahead and bought another one. The same thing happened after 1 month of using it. Very poor quality. Very disappointing

Great Scooter

Such a great scooter. My daughter is 7 and she loves it. Very durable, easy to ride, and sturdy. The lights have a botton so you can change colors or turn on/off. It is pretty big compared to others scooters but because of that it makes it easier to ride. It folds in and locks closed for travel. Great purchase!

Love this scooter!

I bought this scooter about a year ago and my son has enjoyed riding it along the sidewalks of our community!! It is sturdy and gives my son a smooth ride and lights up so beautifully in the night time. Recently my son had a few tumbles and with wear and tear his scooter needed some assistance. Luckily our scooter was still under the 1 year warranty and I was only a few days from the deadline so I decided to reach out to Jetson if they could still help us and they sure did!! They were so kind, so professional and prompt with reaching out and taking care of our needs related to our Jupiter Scooter!! I provided them the requested information and I’m not kidding less than a week the matter was taken care of and they honored their 1 year warranty policy! I’m so impressed not just with their product but with their customer service! I definitely will be purchasing and referring friends to their products!! So happy with the outcome of our Jupiter Scooter Jetson!

Beautiful & well made

I bought two of these for my seven-year-owed nieces for Christmas. One red, & one black scooter. They love them, & I love them! The scooters seem to be very well made, & were reasonably priced. The paint is beautiful, the lights are beautiful, & the larger wheels mean they can be used in the grass (shorter grass) when it’s dry in the yard, as well as using on a hard surface. The “setup” was easy & quick, and the adjustable handlebar height will ensure they can use them for multiple years. I would like one of these for myself!

First of all, it’s heavy. It’s very well built. It will last. The lights are crazy bright. I would have no fear about someone not seeing my kid on this at night. Everything locks and feels tight too. Great value for the money.

BEST scooter I ever had

Sincerely, this is the most exciting scooter I ever had. It’s build his very solid And secure. The wheels are pretty big and absorb. All terrain’s irregularity. I love the lights and the maneuver give me More confidence In my ride.

Great Start - Bad Finish

I always value opinions and often spend a lot of time reviewing products before committing to a purchase. With that said, I did not do my due diligence on the purchase of two of these unit last Christmas for my children and saw what I thought as an “ok” deal at Walmart. Initially the scooters were a hit, both the kids loved them. About 6 months in, the flimsy break snapped off my daughter’s scooter (also worth noting, the material was thin and was bound to fail at some point). A scooter with no break for a 5 year old is a bad idea. She started to use her brothers and was traveling down a medium slop when….I kid you not….the front tire came completely off!! What?! She took a tumble and the scooter ended up in the trash (lost bolt. Didn’t appreciate it hurting my daughter etc). She’s ok, she’s a champ and recovered besides a little road rash and embarrassment….finally, also want to point out that the lock button press on the handle bars is insufficient, the handle bars on one scooter was able to easily be shifted up/down without effort or depressing the lock button. My point through this though is that I appreciate median price points but will think again when making a Jetson purchase for the fear of a similar experience. Buyer beware. Sorry Jetson, I don’t enjoy writing this review but do feel the public will be better informed.

Overall, super cool product.

Extremely happy with this purchase for my daughter. Rides great and she is over the moon to have it. Awesome product. Only minor issue is the wire for the LED lights looked like a zip tie that should be cut off and now the LED lights obviously won't work, so maybe not having the zip ties be black could be useful as you can't really see inside the flap where the LED wire is. Overall, extremely happy with this purchase and will 100% recommend.

Phenomenal customer service!

I bought this for my daughter's 5th birthday in Sept and she loved it! After a few long rides though, the tightening clamp that adjusts the height of the handlebars came apart and we somehow lost a piece. I contacted customer service in December, registered the product, and within a week we had a brand new scooter sent. Very happy with the customer service! Hopefully this one lasts a little longer though. So far so good.

Amazing products and customer service

My daughter absolutely loves this scooter because of the wheels being larger than the normal scooter. It is more sturdy and meant for a bigger kid rather than a toddler. I did have an issue where I needed to do a return. The company was so amazing. Great customer service made the process super fast and easy. I love their products and will be buying from them again.

Expensive for what you get

We received these scooters for our boys for Christmas. 2 of the 3 scooters worked great but the 3rd had lights that wont work. When I opened the battery port it was pretty messy with hot glue holding things in place. 😬 But Jetson sent us a gift card as a sorry as they said they didnt have any left in stock to replace it even though there are scooters online you can still purchase. My son was pretty sad his wont light up when his brothers will. We will try and get another one and see if it will work. Otherwise the product seems good and the boys had fun scootering and I appreciated Jetson did their best honoring their warranty.

Perfect for Toddlers

Got this for my 4 Year old son for Xmas and he is in love. Very easy to put together. Perfect size and weight. I love that it’s light so he can carry it. Also it’s compact for easy transportation. He is learning to ride with it and so far it’s very smooth and works amazing in the park, mainly after so many falls and hits. 100%recommend it.

I reached out to her son because my autistic son loved his scooter , unfortunately someone stole the handle bars after we left it in the front yard . So I messaged jetson to see If I would purchase the handle bar separately . Unfortunately I couldn’t . But they offered a warranty replacement and gave me a whole new scooter ! Thank you guys so much . The lights the smoothness of the wheels gliding in any hard terrain , is what he loves the most . Thank you guys ❤️. He used the stickers but placed them on the wall of his room !

Great Customer Service!

My daughter was super excited to get this scooter. She saw the lights and the size and couldn’t wait. Unfortunately, the first scooter received had a couple issues. The pole for the handlebar was not pulling up so we couldn’t attach the handle. Also, the lights were not working. After contacting customer service and trying different ways to resolve the issue, It still was not working. Jetson decided to replace the scooter at no cost.

The Jetson Jumbo Light-Up Scooter has quickly become a household favorite. The set up was simple and directions were easy to follow. It's very lightweight and folds up for easy storage and travel. It has 7 light patterns pre programmed and my kids love all them all. The lights are bright and very fun. The deck is wide enough that adults are comfortably able to ride and rides really smooth. It seems well built with quality materials. We are looking forward to bringing it camping with us this summer. will make a perfect scooter for night time rides around the campground.

My son loved everything about this scooter. He's 10 so I had to put it on the very last setting up for the pole extension for the height as he is very tall for a ten year old but it still worked for him. The lighting has 4 or 5 modes you can switch to by clicking on it . To turn off the lighting you just hold the button in . Its very easy to turn on and off. The only difficulty I had with it was figuring out how to get the pole to extend further up because the silver button you press in to release it was not visible at first. The instructions helped on some things but were not as clear on extending the pole. I also recommend handle bar breaks as well for added safety. I would still recommend it but those two things definitely need improving.

Because of all of the lights, our kids thought at first we got a self-propelled scooter. Once that disappointment settled they we're very excited. So the big wheels are a must if you have any bumpy sidewalks. If you've ever tried a little wheeled scooter you know how bumpy it can be. The bigger wheels on this scooter make it smooth and fast. The platform and the folding mechanism feel really strong and solid. The handlebars feel a little cheap. I rode it (200lbs) and it felt like it was flexing under my weight, I don't think I'll try that again. The lights are really bright and the look cool in the evening. My son wanted to be able to set one color of lights, the options are all variations of different colors blinking.
