Great product, does what it is supposed to in both sitting and standing positions

I found this better than the 3M or Mount It brand because the track was not too deep that it would extend beyond the depth of my desk as were the other 2 brands which stretched nearly 1/3 of their lengths beyond my desk depth and also KT2 is relatively lighter and more compact which is a good thing when it comes to installation.

Amazing quality. Too big for my standing desk

I have purchased several of these products before and they are built like a tank. Great quality!! Standing desks have a crossbar and I always have to cut 2 inches off the back of the track on this to get it to fit. I mistakenly ordered the KT2, which has an awesome hydraulic cylinder in it. This is a great upgrade. Unfortunately I could not cut it down to fit. I found out I needed the older KT1 to work.

A nice Keyboard Tray

I am standing at my desk while writing this review. I have been wanting a standing keyboard tray for a while now. I had to modify the front of my desk, because of a false front, to get the keyboard tray to slide completely under the desk and I am happy I did the work. Uncaged Ergonomics helped me with the part I needed and the price was right. BTW - I called and talked to a human on a Friday evening. I emailed on Sunday and got a return email shortly(within an hour) and when we agreed on the project they shipped quickly. I am extremely pleased with their customer service.

Best universal tray I've found and I have specialized training in Ergonomics. The optimal position at the wrist is neutral (not bent back or forward). This tray has so much (sturdy) adjustability, it allows that position to be achieved no matter how short/ tall you are or whether you're sitting or standing. Also tucks away for more options for use of space. Great if you have many different users or need to fine tune your positioning for your own comfort. Really, glad with my purchase and I'm now recommending it for my clients.

Solid product

Very sturdy and well designed. I even cut the desk mount by 1/4 with no loss in functionality. Was skeptical after many negative reviews but glad I purchased this.

well-made piece of equipment

This is a really well-made piece of equipment. Unfortunately, I have a tiny L-shaped desk and it just didn't fit so I had to return it. Be aware that it weighs 18 lbs and was expensive to return.

Fantastic Customer Support!!

This is a very sturdy, well built and crafted keyboard and mouse tray system. I found that it is very easy to use and install. I was hoping that the rail was longer so the entire keyboard would hide under the desk - but it wasn't. So I called the manufacturer and they said it's a common request for a longer rail, and they were working on a new design for a longer rail. But for now, they are going to send me a free 2nd railing that I can install inline with the one I have, and that would let my tray completely slide under and hide under the desk! I was more than happy to pay for it, but they decided to send it for free. A Free 2nd Railing! That's superb customer service and I am very happy that they did that for me! Many many thanks to Uncaged Ergonomics for going above an beyond my expectations. I am now eyeing some of their other products to put in my companies workspaces.
