Ceramic nonstick

I have used similar model green pans for years. Have never been disappointed with the nonstick surface and quality of construction of these pans. Cannot beat the price.

Great pan

This pan is great, much bigger than expected and heats to perfection with easy clean up.

Perfect pan, and makes enough for leftovers!

I've been looking for a pan like this for YEARS -- one that has higher sides than a frying pan so I can stir and not worry about food flying out, and one that will fit a good quantity of food so we actually have leftovers. This is the one! Everything about this pan is awesome: the size, the clear lid, the extra little handle, and the wonderfully nonstick, nontoxic coating. Anybody feeding more than just one person at home should own this pan!

Just what I was looking for

I was looking for a ceramic skillet with lid with a little weight on it...this checked off all the boxes:)

Bad Coating

I used this pan thrice and my food started sticking. I always handwash it, I don't even use a scrubber, nor do I dishwash it.

Works great but starting to stain

I bought this pan less than a month ago and my family has used it for all sort of things - sautéed veggies, made pancakes, cooked veggie burgers. The non-stick feature works great and I love that I can use metal utensils (though we're still careful and sometimes use wooden utensils anyway just to be safe.) The one thing is that it's already starting to stain. We only hand wash it, never use the dishwasher. The quality of the pan isn't affected and it still cleans really easily otherwise. We'll keep using it but we'll keep an eye on it.

Time will tell all

This is a very nice, lightweight, extremely nonstick pan. My only concern with this, my first Greenpan, is the durability. Everything I have read suggests that even with extreme care well likely get 1-2 years of good nonstick use. But it is currently so amazingly nonstick that I'd be happy to buy the same pan again in a couple years. Time will tell...

Love

I love this pan! I cook frequently with many vegetables, and I love that I can pile in different veggies and cook them down without dumping them into my stove like I normally did with smaller pans, or with pans with shallower sides. I’ve also been converted to using Greenpan for everything! It’s so easy to clean, and I feel comfortable knowing that it’s nonstick without having materials of dubious health impacts, like Teflon.

Didn't even know it was needed

This was purchased as a gift. My Niece loved it. She used the pan the day after it was received. She said it was perfect! Didn't realize that it would make cooking for her large family so much easier.

Cook loves sauté pan

My husband is the cook and days that he loves the way the pan distributes heat evenly.

Greenpan is my favorite!

Love this! I use it to make everything from mac and cheese to one pot chicken and rice. Easy to clean and free of harmful chemicals.

Works well

This pan is a really nice size. It can hold a lot of food! The non stick works really well. I was able to cook a large batch or fried rice and had no issues with it sticking to the pan. Clean up was a breeze too. Just came right off. Seems to be well made and has a nice weight to it. Great pan, would recommend!

Excellent product

I recently received my new Canterbury Saute Pan and I love it. It heats quickly and evenly and it's non stick making clean up a breeze. The sides are the perfect height and helps prevent making a mess while cooking and it has a very attractive look. I will be recommending it to my family and friends. Great Saute Pan

I was so excited when i received my new saute pan, and couldn't wait to use it! There are so many things a person can cook in this pan from bacon and eggs to fried chicken. The best things about this pan is your food doesn't stick and it easy to clean. I cook all of the time and this GreenPan-Canterbury Saute Pan is exactly what i needed. I will be using this saute pan for many years to come. The GreenPan-Canterbury Saute Pan definitely has my approval!

Excellent saute pan

Was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this pan. Solid riveted handle and lid. Nice warning about not using cooking sprays to maintain the non stick. It heated up fast and non stick worked well, it cleaned up easily with a hot water rinse and quick scrub. Cooked a pasta and sauce perfectly!

Hands down the best

This Sautee pan is hands down the best pan I've ever owned. I was pleasantly surprised at just how heavy and sturdy it is. Also when they say nonstick they mean nothing at all sticks! I could easily just wipe it clean and not even wash it. It's also very deep so you can cook so much in it at a time and cut down on the cooking time. It also comes with a very nice lid to keep things from popping and help it cook faster. I know this pan is going to last me a very long time!

A Great Pan!

I was excited to try this pan out - all of my skillets are rounded on the sides, makes turning things really tough! While this pan is almost too big for my ancient and small electric stove, I can't wait to fry some chicken, saute some veggies...I've already cooked sunny side up eggs - its perfect! Thanks!

Excellent pan

This is an excellent pan. Very big and deep. The coating is applied extremely well and keeps food from sticking so you only need to use small amounts of cooking oils. Simple to clean the coating let's you simply wipe clean with little effort. The lid is very well fitting and the handle is very sturdy. Pan heats up very fast and evenly.

Great Sauté Pan

This green pan is a great sauté pan! The size of the pan is large and perfectly deep enough also. The pan cooks great and evenly without sticking,also easy to clean! I would recommend this green pan to everyone.
