Non-stick and non-toxic - I found it!

I had trouble finding a large saute pan that was non-stick and heavy duty. This is it.

TERRIBLE cooking surface and customer service

These pans are a non stick joke. Unfortunately even after following all the high maintenance instructions for these pans (which I purchased 2 of) they have never been non stick. The coating is peeling off and the staining (even after cleaning the recommended high maintenance way) they look burnt and terrible. The only thing more frustrating than these pans is the customer service attack I received with no help to rectify my situation and only fighting back at me with why the warranty doesn't actually cover anything.

Why didn't wait so long???

My only question is why did I wait so long to purchase this???? Not ONE thing sticks to this pan, clean up is so easy and I love how it cooks evenly too

My Go-To Pan!

This is the perfect pan for all kinds of recipes! I find myself reaching for this while making breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The 12" size is perfect for family meals and the nonstick makes cooking and cleanup so easy. The stainless steel is SO shiny and beautiful which makes it tons of fun to use. Could not recommend this pan enough - you need it!

My go-to cookware

Valances pro 12” wok’s high wall is particularly good for stir frying, cooking large volume of foods and minimizing oil spatter to the counter. Due to its versatility, it is my go-to cookware everyday. The reason I took a star off is because the wok’s bottom is only 6” in diameter which is too small of area for electric and induction cooktop to heat evenly.

Nice but heavy

This was a gift, so I don’t know firsthand. I know the health benefits and opted for the stainless under in hopes that of the protective ceramic came off it would still be healthier than aluminum. (I don’t actually know these pans enough to know if that’s true). My fault but I got the 12 inch as well as stainless so it’s very heavy. However I know it is a solid healthy skillet.

Excellent pan. Weight, balance, non-stick, and it looks great too. Sits flat on the cooktop.

Great cookware

Best set of cookware I've purchased. Good cooking gear makes cooking so much easier and enjoyable. This set look amazing but it's the cooking surface that's the best non-stick I've used. The weight of these makes them stable and they sit flat on the cooking surface, they're well balanced and the handle doesn't cause the pans to be overweighted on that side. From eggs to salmon these pans have served me very well and I highly recommend them.

Very please with this wok. It is high quality and cooks well. I was looking for non-stick cookware that is safe. This fits the bill.

Very disappointed

Had this pan less than a year. From the beginning any meat we cooked stuck to the pan. Even bacon. Always hand washed and used appropriate utensils. Never got the pan to hot.

This does a wonderful job, nothing sticks, butter and oil stays where it supposed to. Heats beautifully.

Love this wok!

Love this wok! A little heavy, but the ease of cooking and clean up is worth it. The food is delicious and quick cooking with lower heat.

Great but just Too Small

I shopped this pan for months! I initially purchased the GreenPan Large Skillet and had to return because it was just too small. They are advertised as the largest pan, made for huge family meals, etc but I don't know what kind of families these people have but this itty bitty skillet will not work for us. I love everything about it except the small size. When the 12" wok with raised sided etc came out I thought this will be so much larger so I purchased it as soon as it was released but no, this will not work for us either. It is not even a standard size wok. It is just small. Nice for a couple or small family but not for a large family or a family with young adults/teenagers. I had purchased a set of fry pans which I love and I also purchased a small pot/skillet set for my daughter's college apartment which I'm sure will be great. I only WISH you made a TRULY LARGE skillet that I could use but sadly this is just not the case and this one will have to go back as well.

A great frying and saute' ceramic coated pan.

I have used this 8 inch fry pan several times since purchased and am delighted with its design and function. I graduated from the leading culinary cooking school in Seattle and have used many saute pans over the years. The Valencia Pro is easy to use, ergonomically designed and has the traditional curvature from bottom to the sides making saute' easy - especially when turning an omelet. The handle is comfortable and extends from the pan in a relaxed position which makes saute easy. The smooth and flat bottom is easy to clean, heats rapidly on medium heat. The instructions included in the packaging are thorough. The interior surface is the best non-stick lining that I have ever used. I recommend this pan to anyone who uses fry pans.
