I purchased this rod to make it easier to put together my daily outfits. I no longer have to lay my clothes on my bed where my cats sleep and get fur on my clothes.

So happy to find these telescoping valet rods. They are the perfect addition to our master bedroom closet. I thought I would use them more than my husband, but he loves them and seems to find way more uses than I do.

not the quality i expected

There is no tension in the rod. It falls out easily. I envisioned some tension so that it would only extend to as far as you extend it. I risked scratching the walls and mirror doors while carrying it around and installing one. It just falls all the way out. Because it extends full length of the rod instead of partially, you should measure for 24” of space from wall to closet door. Didn’t fit our reach in closet. Had to return. Installation looks super simple and easy.
