Broke after about 1-1/2 years use

Was working fine until the hand soap dispenser suddenly stopped working. Following a difficult disassembly of the pumping mechanism, I found the hose leading to the dispenser was broken. Looks like an irritating repair.

Love this dual dispenser. My wife puts soap in one and hand lotion in the other dispenser. It’s set up in such a way that you can get lotion with one hand or soap with one hand. You just squeeze it and it works perfectly.

I've had this for years and love it in my kitchen. I bought a new one because my husband man handled the top when going to refill and broke the push lever. I had my previous one for 7 years and it definitely would've lasted 7 more at least.
