Dependable durable product

This is my second purchase of almost the same item with seemingly the weight of some of the pieces and the filtering system being different. The first one lasted and still worked but leaked oil in the last few cleaning sequences and for safety purposes I replaced it, I live alone and thus is the perfect size one or two person use. If you cook for mor than 2 a larger version is available. The only other difference between the first one is that this one seems to cook a little slower.

Poor product

I bought this fryer about 6mo ago and used it probably 10 times and the oil container started leaking out of the top. The plastic lid was warped and didn’t seal properly spilling oil all over the place. Trying to find a replacement was next to impossible. Here It sets a new piece of junk.

[Rewarded Review] Food sticks

I like the oil filtration option, however if you make anything with batter it sticks to the basket. I’m sure if you are making something frozen and breaded (premade) it would be fine but I have only used it for scratch cooking and it sticks bad!

AMAZING

I've always disliked deep fryers because they waste so much oil and so hard to clean. Then I saw this one at my daughter's house. As soon as she told me how it worked, I wanted one. I ordered immediately and have been extremely satisfied ever since. "Where have you been all of my life?" It makes deep frying so easy, clean up so easy, saving, storing and reusing my expensive oils so easy. I can deep fry my foods without using the bad seed oils as restaurants do, and for that reason I feel like my food is healthier and cleaner. I see absolutely no negatives with this product, except the first one I purchased in 2019 stopped working and so I immediately purchased another one. And as long as T-fal sells this particular deep fryer, I will continue to purchase as my replacements. I highly recommend this deep fryer.
