Perfect for Home Gym!

This rubber mat has the right thickness, quality, and value for my home gym. The thickness protects my equipment especially if they were to be dropped hard on the floor. The quality is great which withstands any fluid or dirt that you can easily wipe or sweep. The value stays true to the quality compared to other brands that are way too expensive. This is the perfect mat for any home gym. I am glad I found and purchased them here!

[Rewarded Review] Great idea but lacks stability

3/4 inch thick seems just the right thickness for my applications of this type of mat. When walking on it, I can feel the cushion it provides but not so much that I feel my feet are sinking to a point that I trip. It’s great for storing weights on, particularly my arm curl bar and weights for it. The cushioning is again perfect as the weights sink in just enough to help them stay in place and not roll around.

This is not a high tech product but is is very well made and nice looking. Better than plain old black or grey. The materials seem to be very durable and precisely cut. They join / fit together very well. I don't have a home gym but am using these for a floor mat in front of my work benches where I spend a lot of time standing.

This is a very versatile mat. It is very well made for using as an exercise mat as the 3/4 inch thickness provides a cushy yet firm base. In one set of 6 squares the individual squares can be assembled into a 4 foot by 6 foot area. With more set it is unlimited the area you could cover. It would be an ideal floor surface for anyone who has to stand to work. Each square is designed with interlocking tabs and removable strips to facilitate interlocking to adjoining squares.

These are going on a concrete unfinished basement floor. They are perfect for our toddlers to play on while we are working there. The ¾ inch thickness protects their bodies quite nicely against the concrete floor. We can roll their play area rug out on top of it and it’s a great option. We can make any size, near any shape, we move anywhere in the room we need to. So easy to put together… “even a 3 yr. old can do it” (in fact he did). It didn’t say anything about noise & vibration absorption, but it does seem a bit quieter when they are playing. There was a nice tight fit, no gaps or spaces, very little visible seaming, & no seams sticking up to catch you when walking on it. Just interlock the pieces together. We like the fact of having edges & corners for a nice even edge all the way around & the ability to enlarge it if we want a bigger matted area. Very pleased, highly recommend.

Working out at home just got easier on the knees. Many of us have home gyms these days, and these tiles are perfect for creating an exercise room floor. The PROSOURCEFIT Rubber top EVA Foam floor tiles are thicker than others I have tried at ¾ inch – and you can feel the difference as they have a softer cushion. Each tile is designed to interlock with another like a puzzle and measures 24 x24 inches square. Align and press together to get them to lock together, making sure you have the same side up on each. When locked they stay together tightly. There are 6 tiles in a box, along with end and corner finish pieces to create an approx. 4x6 foot edge finished work out area. Total coverage with the end pieces is about 24 sq ft. and combining each set of two provides a 48 sq. ft. area. You can vary the length versus width to suit your needs, I am using some in a linear fashion to provide a cushion for my workshop bench area over the concrete floor to ease standing for hours at a time. The tiles provide cushioning and impact resistance (like dropping a weight!). They cut down on noise as well, especially if placed over a wood floor or when running in place. Great for use over concrete too. The black/blue speckled tile top is contrasted by a light grey bottom. These tiles provide a floor that significantly reduces the wear and tear on your body when working out, especially is doing a cardio routine. Durable and well made, the rubber keeps a firm grip on your existing flooring surface, these do not move – which is important and safe. Protects your existing floor from scratches and dents too! EASY TO ASSEMBLE; ATTRACTIVE; FIRM CUSHIONING; SHOWS DIRT EASILY — The PROSOURCEFIT Rubber Top Thick Exercise Puzzle Mat Blue 24 in. x 24 in. x 0.75 in. EVA Foam Interlocking Tiles (12-Pack (48 sq. ft.)) is a cushioning mat for either exercising or many other uses over a hard floor. The 2 ft. x 2ft. squares are easy to put together. The side pieces can be more challenging since they do not work well for all configurations. Some are for sides, some are for left-handed corners, and some are for right-handed corners. For my initial configuration, all of the edges did not work. See the photo. For rectangle configurations, the edge pieces work well with some left over. The mat is 3/4" thick and has a thin layer of rubber on top of the foam. Although the rubber makes the mat slip proof, it does allow it to pick up and show dirt more easily. Thus far, the dirt has not been easy to remove but I have not tired any cleaner other than water. Since the underlying foam is firm, the cushioning is not as soft as some floor coverings but that may make it last better for an area getting considerable activity - more than just standing on. The blue flecks on the black background (without dirt) make the mat attractive - better than an all black mat. In the photo, the color does not show up as well as do the footprints. The mat will show depressions when a heavy object is placed upon it but thus far the depression eventually disappears when the object is removed. The mat provides a safe surface for children to do various physical activities indoors. For some uses, 24 sq. ft. may be too small so for those applications, the 48 sq. ft. system works much better. This package contains two 24 sq. ft. units. The product has a limited lifetime warranty for manufacturing defects for replacements but not for a refund after 30 days. The mat is made in China.

I’m trying to exercise more at home, and decided to obtain the new Rubber Top Thick Exercise Puzzle Mat with 24 in. x 24 in. x 0.75 in. EVA Foam Interlocking Tiles. It makes a comfortable exercise area, and can easily be adapted to the available space, up to a generous 48 square feet. The textured surface is slip resistant and can handle heavy equipment such as bar-bells, and absorb impacts from heavy exercise. I especially like laying on the mat and performing exercises for my back.

I have used some cheaper mats in front of each woodworking tool to try to help with leg relief while standing for longer periods of time. They were okay but did not last. These Prosourcefit mats have a harder covering over the softer foam that gives it cushion. These are much thicker than the cheaper mats I have used in the past as well. I can now stand for much longer periods of time when I use different woodworking tool and not have to worry about the foam deteriorating rapidly. They are very easy to put together and with the harder top surface, they should stay together without them moving around. The top pattern looks great and should be easy to clean as well.

We love the ProSourceFit rubber top thick exercise puzzle mat interlocking tiles because they are the perfect balance of cushion, firmness, and traction. We put 24 square feet in my sister-in-law's laundry room as an anti-fatigue mat. The mat feels wonderful underfoot, but it's not squishy. The black surface provides excellent traction and wear resistance, but it's not grating on the skin. I used just one tile today for some curtsy squats and some crunches, and it was very comfortable under my knee and my coccyx. I tried the black side and gray - back - side. Both are comfortable, but the gray side probably isn't as wear resistant. The gray side appears to be memory foam. Best gym mat ever!

It is good that they come like puzzle pieces so that you can arrange them into different configurations. There are also edge pieces to straighten off the edges. They are quite firm. They are excellent for doing any floor exercises like yoga but not soft enough to sleep on. When I put them all together the size came to 49” x 72.5”.

Nice and versatile floor mats for a work out area. The pieces cinch together nicely and at 3/4" thick, they can take a pounding from weight of large exercise equipment on them such as a bench press or treadmill. This set provides enough room for either of those. Each 24" x 24" tile is made of dense EVA foam and is fairly impact resistant. These are great for workout areas or even a play area for the kids. If your workout area is on a concrete floor or wood, these will protect it from weights and other damage. They also have edging strips for a smooth edge on the outside of your workout area. These tiles are made in China.

Depending on what your intended use is, these are very thick and cushioned mats. They are very easy to connect and come with the edge pieces connected, simply remove any that aren't needed. The only complaint would be that the mats are very light so if you are going to use this for an exercise area, you will need some weight to keep the mat from sliding around. For the one package, it is easy to slide on a concrete slab. On carpet it does much better keeping it's spot. The other complaint would be that the connecting pieces don't stay flush with one another, when you are moving around. Other brands are harder to connect to one another so that is a trade off you will have to consider.

As a dedicated gym rat, the closure of my local fitness center during the pandemic really put my workouts in jeopardy. As a temporary fix, I rigged up a workout area in my garage/shop, figuring I'd go back to my old routine once things opened back up. Well, turns out I really like the convenience of working out at home (who knew!?). So, when this realization hit I figured it was time to upgrade my flooring to something more like that found in a real gym. This Rubber Top 3/4 Inch EVA Foam Exercise Puzzle Mat from Prosourcefit looked like the perfect thing. My 12 pack of 24x24 inch tiles allowed for a nice 6'x8' (48 sq. ft.) workout area, which fit my dedicated space nicely. The EVA foam allows for plenty of cushion while still feeling firm underfoot. The rubber top appears durable and the blue flecks and black background make for a very pleasing look. Installation was literally a snap and once in place the seams nearly disappear. I'm very happy with this product and highly recommend it!

These Prosourcefit Rubber exercise puzzle mats come in blue and are 24 inches x 24 inches x ¾ inches. These eva foam are interlocking tiles and you can cover 24 square feet with this set, you can always add more to cover more area. I’m very impressed with these mats, they are very heavy duty and provide a lot of cushion. The mats are textured and are non-slip rubber. You can move the interlocking edges to any position necessary. I really like these mats. We have ours in our home gym and they are really great, non-slip surface it’s great.

I opened this up and created a small fitness space in the garage for my exercise bicycle. Of course, it is nice and thick and soft on the feet. It is now a nice little spot for my cycle. Yes, it is somewhat small, 24 sq. ft., but that is about all the space I can spare in a crowded garage, but as a practical matter, this turns out to be the right size for me. I have a leaf blower to keep the space clean. For an exercise space, the foam pad gives a lot of support, better than being on hard ground and the tiny little speckles of blue are better than the gray, aesthetically. I’m not into hard workouts, but if I was, I’d get a bigger pad, but that would mean more space. No problem with assembly, it all locks together, and I did not expect any. As I am basically using this for an exercise bike, I don’t expect it to fall apart or have little divots (little clumps) appear from active wear. So far, it’s working out fine and looking good.

I do hobby woodworking and I was looking for a padded flooring for a workstation that I wanted for a more comfortable work environment. I found the PROSOURCEFIT RUBBER TOP THICK EXERCISE PUZZLE MAT BLUE 24 IN. X 24 IN. X 0.75 IN. EVA FOAM INTERLOCKING TILES (6-PACK (24 SQ. FT.). I have ben very pleased with this product. The flooring covering is resilient and accepts cleaning with ease. The foam backing is dense, firm and yet very shock absorbing. I plan to buy more for several other workstations in my hobby shop.

These exercise puzzle mat pieces are SO MUCH THICKER than the conventional puzzle mats you find at most stores!!!! (see picture for comparison). The specks on the pieces are a vibrant blue and they look and feel like the high quality mats you find at top notch workout facilities! I'm using this mat in my workout room in my basement which currently has concrete floors. The price of these foam tiles are much more than other thinner foam tiles but WORTH EVERY PENNY. The tiles come with the finishing strip to complete the outside edges. They are super durable and really add a lot of padding to your floor and are especially great if you jump up and down or do workouts on the floor! I love these foam tiles!!!

Once fully assembled is measures approx. 4' x 6' and are almost 1 inch thick!! I love the color which is black with light blue speckles running through.
