Outstanding service when we ordered the cooktops
We ordered a number if these for a Lodge, so far we have had no problems at all with them, as it states a number of times, its 1800 watt so it will balance out your burners for the wattage, thats not a defect when it does.

This item does not allow you to use both burners on high at the same time , you can only use it for a total of 7 power between both,, so one at 5 one at 2, or 3 and 4 ect. Have to get your sauce hot first then turn it down to use the other on hot
Two burner conductive cooktop
Quick heat up. Cooks nicely. We bought this to use as back up for use with our generator during power outages; and to take camping to campsites with electricity. Cools down quickly and the handle makes this convenient.

Not worth it
I bought this item and returned it immediately. 1sr it does not work with small cookware. I tried a small pan and a small pot, and got a beep with both, like nothing was on there. 2nd both burners do not heat high at the same time. Basically, you cannot cook with both at the same time. If you have one in high, you cannot heat the other, not even to fry an egg.
