Carbon Steel Griddle

This is an elegant piece that is well made and surprisingly light and effective. made some pork belly and eggs and eggs didn't stick! pork belly had an amazing crust on it, better than I've gotten on stainless steel. factory seasoning was good and will only get better. then I made scrambled eggs which lifted up easily and fried some rice on it. it took a moment to heat up but heat seemed to be even and the griddle was very flat. I'm going to make some pancakes later today but eggs are the true test and the eggs lifted up easily but you have to heat up the griddle first (just like any other pan).

Commercial grade griddle

I love this griddle, but it’s so heavy. You need a large space in your cabinets to hold this griddle when you aren’t using it. It’s like a commercial griddle in function though. It heats up so evenly and cooks food evenly.

Stylish and functional.

I use it on an induction cooker with synchronized double rings, and everything works perfectly. The only drawback is that the delivery time is a bit long, but when it finally arrives, you forget about it and enjoy using it.

Heat uniformity on the sync’d burners of a GE Monogram induction cooktop isn’t that great. Handle edges aren’t softened and not comfortable; guess that’s why they offer $30 leather grips. With the price of the griddle, would have expected more of a finished piece.

Great stove top griddle

Only used once, but cook top heats up great and cooks fairly evenly. Used on my stove top but can't wait to try on the grill once I have one that is big enough to fit it on. Handles make it not fit on my two burner grill.

We love it to use in the grill for the kinds of vegetables or fish that fall through. This allows us a better variety of foods on the grill.

The griddle is Perfect on my cooktop! So far I have seared steaks and scallops, and sautéed veggies. Everything has come out perfect!

Great quality product, just wish

Great quality product, just wish it was smooth like the carbon steel pans. The griddle surface has a rough texture to it but it is still easy to cook with and works great.

Great griddle

First thing we cooked was a philly cheesesteak. Being able to hear the griddle with different temperatures because it covers two eyes was great. The griddle was excellent and the next morning we made pancakes on it.

Carbon Steel Griddle

Just received my griddle. I have only used it a couple of times but think I am going to enjoy more and more using it. Even though it comes pre-seasoned I seasoned it with the madein Seasoning wax. Great product!

Great griddle

I love this griddle so far. My only issue is that the handles stick out so far that I can't get it over the back burner very well. That said, I won't take away any stars because of it.
