Nice item but shipping took forever

Disappointed

It came broke. It needs a cement bottom to be drilled into. And it’s really short. There’s also no way for a mail carrier to put anything but thin letters into it.

Quite nice for the price!

This elegant mailbox packs beauty and quality for the price! Installation was easy. There was a little bit of excess black paint that was sprayed on the gold, but overall we are very happy with this mailbox.

Great version of a classic style Mailbox

First, when you open it up, make sure you take the pedestal piece out of the inside of the mailbox. Otherwise it will appear to be too short and many have returned it for this fact.

Clown Show

I received a locking mail box with a key that did not match the lock. After 3 calls to WalMart's Customer Service over 1 weeks time, absolutely no progress has been made. Clearly, WalMart is a Cloen Show.

I thought this looked nice. But it was better than the photos. I bought this to put at my family members home while it was being remodeled by my husband and myself. The mailman was so excited to see the new mailbox. He was so happy because in reality he got a new mailbox to use. Some assembly needed but it was not hard. We put this one connected to a concrete base. The house was build in 1927 but it’s got sweet little upgraded that was liked by the others living on the street.

It’s a pretty mailbox. However, it’s not a sturdy mailbox. It’s noisy and wobbly. It didn’t come with the bolts to mount it to the concrete pad.

It is about 10" shorter than advertised. I planned on buying 4 of them but will be sending this one back.

Absolutely Stunning!

So pleased with this purchase. It looks even better than advertised! Very sturdy, easy to assemble, and I feel much more secure with my mail protected with a lock. Wish there was a way to leave mail for the postman but I have a drop box close by.

5 star review. Now that I understand the instruct

This is a correction to my post of a couple of days ago. I gave it a one star because I did not realize there was another component of the stand locked up in the mailbox itself. I could not find the key to unlock it. But I did find it and unlocked the door finally and there was the additional stand component, my fault totally. The quality is very good and easy to assemble.

Waterproof pretty mailbox

Purchased this box after I backed up over our old box. We wanted the replacement box to be similar to the one I slaughtered. This one fits the bill. It is nice looking, has a lock, seems to be water-tight, holds all our magazines and letters without overflowing. But it seems to only receive.
