Classic Ambience.

This is one of the best electric fireplaces I’ve ever seen! My husband and I are picky because we REALLY wanted a gas unvented unit but I didn’t feel comfortable with that at the end of the day. This unit is much safer, still creates plenty of heat and even though it’ll never be mistaken for a real fire it gives great ambience! Not to mention is was one of the most affordable units for the heating power. My one tiny complaint I wanted the crackling fire sound but I bought a separate sound machine for that and actually kinda hate it.

Better than Most

Love this fireplace. Unfortunately it arrived with two dents in the metal box; one on the and a significant one on the top front edge. So far it has not affected the functionality. The top front frame is slightly bent but not noticeable once installed. The cardboard shipping box was not damaged.

Infrared Fireplace Purchase

The Infrared Fireplace is all I expected and works well in the space, The amount of heat it provides is what I needed for the space installed and the look is beautiful

It's not a real fireplace but it is pretty realistic. Having the heater and blower is great! Warms the room nicely!

Perfect for bedroom

Love the warmth it creates in our bedroom, our unit was making a weird sound from the roller called Ashley and they sent a technician right away and they will be sending a new unit.

Although my fireplace insert is still a tad bit small, it still looks nice with the fireplace frame I already had. I love the cozy look it gives

Our Awesome Fireplace TV Stand

It’s the middle of summer and can’t wait to use it. The delivery team just put it all together about 30 minutes ago. The test run was so beautiful. We truly love all our Ashley furniture!!!

Warm & Cozy

Love, love this fireplace! I have the Ashley 74 inch TV stand that goes with this fireplace insert. I love the brick background! Beautiful when lit and the heat warms our living room fast!!

Nice fireplace

I bought this with an extra large TV stand and it all looks great. The faux fire is nice to look at. My only problem with the fireplace is that the power cord is about 4-5ft long. Because of the short cord and the location of the wall outlets I have no choice but to use an extension cord, the 16 gauge extension I bought does get warm, might have to find a heavy duty cord so we can leave the heater on longer.

We bought this Ashely Fireplace insert to go with our Ashley Realyn 74" TV stand. I absolutely love it!! Just the extra touch my living room needed!!

Temperatures range is a big problem.

Looks good but there are only 3 temperature settings and the lowest is 71 degrees. I thought it would be adjustable so I can turn it down at night to 65. Disappointed! Considering a return.

It is really worth it!

I am loving this fireplace insert! I thought that I would not really use it until next winter but this spring has been really chilly. I can sit in front of this fake fireplace fire, read a book, check messages, whatever. It is cozy and pretty to look at. I was really surprised.
