Vibration issue

The chair was working well but suddenly on the 3rd day the vibration started to failed and going full power on it's own even with the level at 0

This chair feels decently comfortable. It's something I can sit in for long periods of time easily. The leather feels smooth and looks great.

Meh

The chair itself is comfortable. I assumed for $260 the bluetooth feature was standard, unfortunately not. I purchased the adapter kit so I could be wireless but thay doesn't support the volume very well. Overall the concept is great but it needs to be revamped. Customer support drags their feet when you need help as well.

Enhanced Gaming

I was hoping the chair wouldnt feel like it's for a child and to my surprise it's much better quality than expect. The sound quality is great coming from the chair almost like a movie theater experience. I was unsure about the vibration but when playing god of war or ghost of tsushima it's a great feature. If you're on the fence pull the trigger.

This is absolutely the best gaming chair I could have ever got for my child he absolutely loves it it's so interactive but the game that he's playing well worth the money

Gaming chair experience not fun

I ordered this for a birthday gift for my grandson. The first one was lost in transit, so had to cancel order and reorder. Had it shipped directly to him and he opened it today and it is not the chair I ordered that was $260. Looks like a solid black office chair. So disappointed!!!

Good enough

It's pretty confortable although some parts have a cheap feelling to them, for example, the handles are made of plastic and are very light. Also, it would be nice if the pedestal allow changes in height of the chair since it's very low to begin with. The wirelless funtion works well so far.

It's good for gaming

It's really comfy and good for gaming but the problem is when I got it at staples we just got the chair we didn't get the power cord or anything so with out warranty can we get the power cord??
