Swivel will break.

After having this chair for about 11 months the weld on the swivel broke because the steel used looks to be 20 gauge when it needed to be 16 gauge to 1/8". If they would have only used thicker steel for this critical area the chair would get 5 stars.

Bentwood chair and footrest with massage

chair looks good, had help to put back on chair that does require 2 peoplr, hard to get out of chair once seated slants back. the adjustment knob to lean chair back is not working as easy as i would like . needs some improvements on tilt of seat

Each of the two chairs I ordered had some chips in the base. I did not discover this until after I had put them together. I won't return them because they look good and are pretty comfy for the price. I guess I take a star off because Overstock's chat bot is not helpful with "I have a problem with the product, but I'm not packing it all up and sending it back, because that is more trouble than trying to find a way to hide the dings in the wood.
