Not as described or pictured

I bought this shower panel for a bathroom in our basement that we are finishing. We loved the fact that it was listed as black and brushed gold which would match the other fixtures. After being delayed over a week to be delivered I got everything ready to install it only to find out that it is not brushed gold but tacky looking polished gold straight out of the 80's. Needless to say we were very disappointed and now have to start over again looking for a different one.

Received the shower wall damaged, I have spent the last month conversing back and forth with Home Depot and the manufacturer trying to get it sent back as it cannot be used and I am not going to install a damaged product in my home just to write a review and stay in the seeds program. I will include photos however they won’t be flattering as again, the product was damaged in shipping. Please try to see the issue as not mine. Have enjoyed the relationship and have always followed through with good reviews and photos.

[Rewarded Review] Affordable and Amazing Upgrade

We’re just loving this shower panel. We converted our shower from a conventionally plumbed valve and single shower head to this chrome 3 sprayer shower panel. The chrome finish is mirror-like and looks really clean. The controls feel solid and operate smoothly. Overhead, you can select between regular shower and laminar (ribbon) flow. You can select either the 3 body sprayers, the wand, or the foot sprayer. Each of the 3 body sprayers is an adjustable a few inches in any direction. (I found they’re great to use while shampooing your hair.) A separate dial is the water temperature and flow control. This shower delivers excellent flow/water pressure in all modes. The quality is very good. I like that this model is a continuous type of construction in that the shower head is not a separate piece welded to the body of the unit. It comes in a slightly bigger box but is stronger. The unit was well packed in foam blocks and arrived in excellent condition. Installation was a breeze using the included mounting brackets and screws into our existing tile. Some install notes. Make sure you have a diamond head 1/4 but for drilling the holes in your tile and a other 5/8” or so for the pipes. Also make sure to work out with the users of your shower, the exact height of the installation to everyone is happy with the location of the water sprayers. Overall we’d recommend this panel to anyone because the quality is high throughout and the unit is very attractive.

Water beyond!

I was hesitant to buy without seeing the panel in person; this was to replace a 2 year old Vigo panel that was terrible: 1.6gpm, poor finish and its price was mid 600 range. Now onto this tower; it's a Beast! Water flow is incredible, fit finish, controls all top notch; only exception would be on the head of the unit there is no cap covering. Only the installer knows! Very please with the purchase and would highly recommend.

[Rewarded Review] Would Have Been a Nice Addition

We chose this product because our current bathroom is brass ( from 1989) and we decided not to update everything. We have a smallish stand up shower and thought this would be a good addition. After reading the "easy to DIY" instructions and assessing our situation, we felt the need to bring in a plumber. Unfortunately, without some major changes to our existing, outdated plumbing and tile we would not be able to install. The tower was packaged well, but still came dented on the bottom (which was likely UPS). The brass was free from scratches due to the cloth covering, and the tower was heavy and solidly made. The components on the back were good quality and easily identifiable for connections. We have very hard water, so I'm sure the plastic components on the front would have had calcium build up. It's unfortunate that we could not install this product, but i would still give it a 4 based on the manufacturing.

This Rainfall Shower System is functional, simple and easy to install. It is a great upgrade to the traditional shower head/bath combo in my main bathroom, this is because of its functionality, cosmetic design and the various water dispensing options for a pleasant shower experience.

[Rewarded Review] Very nice shower panel.

This Shower Panel system looked nice, my wife wanted it as well so we ordered it. it arrived in five days very well packed and in perfect condition. it was not as heavy as i expected but it was very solid and looked to be well made. hardware is included and the one page directions are all you need to assemble. the install requires plumbing skills. if you do your own plumbing, you can install this. i love it.

[Rewarded Review] BWE Keeps getting better and better.

So, I've been using BWE shower products for a couple of years now. Their quality has always been top notch. Now, their designs have gotten much better. Before, a similar shower set would have needed to be installed in pieces and custom made. Now, they have made this as an all-in-one system. All valves and plumbing set upm i am am actually going to replace my current outdoor BWE shower set up with this one. Look at the pictures. The packaging says it all. A lot of thought was put into every aspect of this. If you haven't heard of this brand, or was hesitant, do not worry. You will not be disappointed.
