Not heavy duty hinges...

Bought this kit for my newly built 12' wooden gates. Only after @2 weeks, hinges had "stretched" at pivots on BOTH hinges.

Great product for exterior fence gate

I've purchased several of these gate kits in the past and they have all worked well. Installation if fairly straight forward and the parts have held up well to the Texas heat. After marking the screw holes with a pencil, make sure the gate is thick enough for the screws. If not, you can simply add a piece of wood to make sure the hardware is secure.
