A touch of elegance!

I really like this fixture over our breakfast table. I wanted a white shade with a black cord, and shopping here allowed me to get exactly what I wanted. The online chat support guided me to the correct bulb, and an email to Customer Support helped me figure out how to hang it correctly. Altogether very pleased!

Quality of the metal shade was not as nice as I was expecting. Bottom edge and finish on interior is uneven. Cord and hooks are great! Packaging and delivery was great as well. Would order from them again but maybe try a different shade style.

Beyond Expectations!

I could not be happier with this find! It is just oversize enough to conceal a chunky bulb, of good solid construction, and the color could not be more vibrant. If your're looking for a classic shape in a fun color to liven up a room, the Metal Dome Shade would be a fabulous contendor.

I was wanting the fogged globe shades, but they were sold out, so i thought i was settling with these white shades, but i really love them. fits the space great, and i love that i can create my own plugin pendants rather than trying to find my vision online.

Horrible quality

Installed the light earlier today and am regretting this decision. Unfortunately it took forever to install and there is a cost to pulling it down. The led is supposed to be dimmable but it was not for our dimmers - the light was producing a strong pulsating effect which did not get resolved by replacing the dimmable switch (we were hoping the dimmer went bad). In the end we had to take out the dimmable switch and replace it with a regular one which fixed the pulsing but now the light is 0/1. The cord is long which is great but the ceiling cap is so shallow that unused length cannot be tucked in and the cord had to be cut. The shade looks sharp from the distance but from 6 ft away the awful paint job becomes obvious. There is white paint smeared on the black rim, parts of the shade against the rim are missing white paint - it is really quite horrible. And even clean hands leave noticeable fingerprints on the matte surface... Finally, the light does not come w any instructions about replacing the LED module. For that you have to call tech support which is on the west coast and becomes available around 12 pm EDT. The tech support gentleman was very helpful and emailed me the pdf.

Metal dome shade

I love it! Very fast delivery and it looks Awesome !! We did not want to have to install a light socket, where we had removed some cabinets, so this was perfect! I definitely plan on getting another for my bedroom!
