[Rewarded Review] Love it!! Loved the price!!

I bought it to help making bread. I have found many uses for this machine, mixing cookies and baked goods. I've had fun with it. This is my third mixer, the first was my parents, the second I sold to my Sister when I wasn't using it all that much. This one is my first non tilt head, I appreciate bringing the bowl up to the mixer head versus the head to the bowl. This is the biggest mixer I have owned and it's the most powerful. I plan on getting the pasta attachment to make homemade pasta. I also plan on getting the ground meat attachment. As for the Refurbished, It was the same price as the tilt head 5q mixer. It looks brand new and still came with a parts and services warranty. Overall I can't tell the difference between this mixer and a new one. I have used it multiple times, 2 to 3 times a week for 3 weeks (6 to 9 times) and it works just like it's brand new.

I bought this a few months ago when my Artisan mixer started to cut off while using it. My old mixer was about 17 years old. It was a gift. My stand mixer is nice but I liked the tilted heard mixer better. It’s taking me a while to understand how to clean my blades and wipe down the bowl without removing the bowl. I’m learning how to work with it. I love my mixer and wish I could have two, then my grandma could work beside me. I’ll never buy anything else. I thought it would be heavy but it’s not much heavier than my old mixer. Now I need a few accessories to go with it.

Great mixer overall. The only issue is that the lift range should be larger, as the head does not tilt like the model below it. This makes it more difficult to add ingredients.

bad service, bad order, bad outcome

I've had to place an order, cancelled by you and replaced, then cancelled because you didn't put proper gift wrap and note as requested. Took 3 orders, a review by your company to approve and then assured my order would be properly shipped. No tracking or order number given. I had to call and ask for tracking. Package arrives and the corners of the wrapping are all torn and the note for the order isn't even legible. Literally jumbled the words to the note up and duplicated. You guys have failed so many times to get this right. The whole point of me being on the phone with customer service for 6 hours and having to go through 3 orders is to make sure the note and gift wrap are right FOR A GIFT. You have failed to do so yet again and this is absolutely unbelievably embarrassing as such a large company. I can guarantee I will never purchase another piece of equipment from you guys. All my bad customer service experience combined doesn't even compare to the crap you guys put me through. Absolutely 0/10 stars.

Order a kitchenaid bowl lift mixer on sale. 0 available in my local store. 2 available in an adjacent local store that is a couple km’s further away. Chose pick-up order at my local store on Nov 7th 2024. Now I’m waiting 7 days for the first available pick-up date Nov 13th 2024. Although the a delivery window is until Nov 25th 2024. Called Canadian Tire to adjust order to pick-up at the other local store that HAS my product. Online purchases can not be altered or adjusted. There are no products that get transfer between stores. Canadian tire has not shipped my product yet. They have no clue where my product is being shipped from in Canada. Horrible notification to customers as to store policy regarding store transfers at the time of purchase and zero ability to adjust sales processes to conform to market standards. DO NOT USE ONLINE PURCHASE OPTIONS. if it isn’t available in store, go elsewhere.

[Rewarded Review] High quality, heavy duty home mixer.

This mixer seems to be built to the same quality level as the 20+ year old 4.5 qt model it supplements, and will eventually replace, in my kitchen. Having to mount the bowl and raise it rather than raising the motor assembly takes some getting used to but it works just fine. It comes with a corkscrew-type dough 'hook', which doesn't work for small loads; an L-shaped hook is not available for it. Mixer is very stable and takes up only a little more room than the old one.
