Not so great

I purchased this product just over a year ago. Today when I used it, it blew out, sparked, and I smelled burning rubber. Called an electrician to see if it had something to do with my circuit breaker or outlet but he said the product was faulty and to dispose of it. The electrician also mentioned that he had seen this same issue previously. For the cost of the product, I would expect a longer appliance life. If you are in the market for a countertop oven, I suggest you look elsewhere.

The best air fryer, multi function oven. I’ve been using this for 3 months now and couldn’t be happier. Everything comes out perfectly crispy and cooked.

Good toaster oven for a large family

Love the strength of this toaster oven. It works wonderfully on anything from simple toast, to air frying chicken and fries. Would recommend to others.

This was a surprise gift. I have used almost all the features and have been experimenting with the default figures. An excellent time saver giving better than expected results. I especially like the bagel setting as I am picky with their toasting. Setting is perfect. Finally no longer need to use conventional stove oven!

This is the latest model of the KitchenAid countertop oven - with Air Fry, which is why I bought it. I have the older model which didn't have it. The older model has worked perfectly for years and I love it. It's still great, and I still love it, but I wanted to try an oven with an Air Fryer - and only KitchenAid would do!!! So far it's worked just as well as its predecessor on a daily basis, using all its functions. My full-sized oven has been used to store pots and pans for years now!!

I purchased this oven August 9, 2024 and love it. It is so quiet and is awesome. I love Kitchen Aid products...all my counter top appliances are Kitchen Aid. As a matter of fact, I purchased a Kitchen Aid refrigerator many many years ago and its still working beautifully. When the time comes it has to be replace I will purchase another one. The only (1) needs to be reconsider is the sound when the appliance ends could be just a little louder.
