Great product. Reversal and a definite addition to the kitchen for prepping food. Still discovering all the wonderful things it does. Recommend anyone who needs a second oven and toaster.

Wiring problems in just 2 years!

I bought the EO241250M convection oven in April, 2022. It is now July 2024, and the unit is emitting strong metal/wire/electrical fumes from the side where the wiring is located. It still heats, but I can't use it because something is very wrong and potentially dangerous. Not to mention that it sets off my respiratory problems. Really disappointed. We still have a 13 year old, larger model De'Longhi convection oven and it still works.

Wow ! Not only is this a convection toaster oven it’s also an air fryer! The versatility is amazing. It comes with multiple different cooking trays which are super easy to put in and out. My food always comes out the perfect temperature and cooked to perfection. I truly recommend this product.

So far so good. Perfect toast. I baked a coffee cake that was perfect and easy without the big oven. The 3 dials are a bit confusing at first to use. It is not a small oven and takes up some counter space. I would buy again.

Purchased the Deloghi brand because it just looked like a quality toaster oven. Had it only a few days, but so far it is great, easy to learn and use. Very good instructions came with it and love all the different functions. Love the fact that it has the easy clean interior. You get what you pay for, and I think this oven is well worth the money.

Best toaster oven ever

This oven is best toaster oven I have ever owned. Besides being very attractive it is very easy to operate and gives the best results possible. It heats up quickly, doesn't radiate heat on the outside, toasts 6 slices of bread to perfection - has great height for roasting chickens and has lots of space for exceptional air circulation. The oven is designed so that you can bake or reheat a pizza in a 12" pizza pan - which is a feature I haven't had in any other toaster oven. I would highly recommend this oven to anyone - you won't be disappointed.

5-star oven if you receive a new one. I had to return 3 ovens because they were used and showed severe wear and tear. I kept the 4th which was the better of the 4 used ovens because I received a discount. Every customer service person stated they were going to inspect before shipping to make sure the replacement was a new never used oven.

THIS Convection Oven! :))

The Convection Oven is really BEAUTIFULLLLL! I never thought I would say that about an oven (LOL). The DeLonghi 0.85cu ft (24L) is simply amazing in its craftsmanship, quality, durability, cooking performance and overall visual appearance. I like that the oven is really manufactured in duplication of regular kitchen oven, able to cook with the identical efficiency. A bit pricey but ... well worth the investment on a daily basis and especially during the hot spring and summer months. I am definitely a satisfied buyer!!

Not a toaster oven it’s actually a miniature oven

This is the second time I have purchased this oven. 2020 I was unable to get my oven repaired. First bought a black and decker which was horrible as it never maintained the set temperature. This has been fantastic. Maintains its temperature. The door is so insulated that little heat escapes. Just wish cleaning was easier.

New Convection Oven

Very good oven, and I highly recommend it. I purchased a few ovens before, and they did not live up to our expectations. This one did. It has great features.

Bakes wonderfully, but...

This oven heats quickly, roasts meat well, does French fries and other foods well and quickly, but the toaster part is disappointing. It takes 6 minutes to do 2 slices of toast on a "4 slice setting" and we have to turn the heat to the highest setting. Yes, we have read the directions thoroughly and have the toast on the proper shelf. We have tried various configurations and various shelf positions and do find the one in the instructions will eventually make toast.

IT'S A BEAUTY

At first we thought this is going to be complicated. 1/2 hour later all figured out and love it. It is defiantly several steps up from our old one. So far used it every day since purchase and no problems. Bought from delonghi website which had the best price.

I never actually used this. It was a gift for someone who I then discovered already had something similar. So I brought a neighbor lady over and she and I unpacked it, and she thought it was fabulous! I gave it to her! And she has been very pleased!

I have mixed feelings about this toaster oven. We had a DeLonghi toaster oven many years ago that we were happy with and decided to go back to that brand. I use my toaster oven every day, sometimes 2-3x a day, and rarely heat up my big oven. I love that it has 4 levels so able to bake, say 2 cookie sheets, and that it's also large enough to bake a pizza. I also bought a pizza stone to size, because I thought the pizza tray it came with did not work very well. By the same token, because the oven is so big it takes a bit more effort/energy to toast bread.

I loved it during the time that it worked

I bought this item in Feburary 2020. It has worked great up until this December. The lower heating element is not working anymore. I found this out by trying to bake cookies for Christmas and wondering why the bottoms weren't cooking. I am so disappointed. It is now out of warranty. With the money I spent on this product I was thinking this oven would last me a long time. I have contacted Delonghi to see what I need to do to have it repaired but am very frustrated that it would go out this fast.

Disappointed with the build quality

We purchased this Livenza True Convection oven hoping it would be the one that would last and unfortunately the build quality of this oven is like many on the market nowadays, it doesn't last too long after the warranty period.
