Cheap quality

The top is ok quality but the base is fragile very cheap plastic that is made to look like metal. I have owned/own other products from them that have been great quality just not this one…

Easy to set-up and use. Quick to heat and ready to cook. Once the desired Temp is reached, stove shuts off which is an issue for constant heat maintain cooking needs.

Started rusting just after first use

This started rusting just with one use. Definitely not recommend. We are returning it

This baby is heavy which is exactly what I wanted. Cast iron — no walking while in use. We are just about ready to move into a newly renovated space, and we are calling the kitchen "the lab." That's because we are still figuring out the components. The griddle is one of the appliances that will take us through the interim until we get a fancy stove top that can accommodate a large griddle. In the mean time, I've used it to cook brats, bacon, french toast, and cauliflower. It cooks pretty even, and the temperature controls are easy to adjust — and keep that even temperature. The top lifts off for cleaning....... but it is heavy!! Oh! It looks nice........ kind-of minimal without a lot of do-dads.

Since I haven't used it yet, I can't comment if I would buy

This grill appears to be very well made and versatile. I haven't used it yet but will be trying it out this weekend.

I would give it a 5 if it got a little hotter but it isn't bad.. does a nice job on everything I put on it.

Heavy because it’s cast iron and takes up more space than other griddles, but the fact that it’s cast iron makes up for it! It’s very sturdy and heats evenly.

[Rewarded Review] Filthy, Used Unit Arrived Instead of New

This griddle matches our desire for a non-toxic griddle for inside our home. The unit was purchased as new and delivered to our home. Upon opening, this unit was used, packaging damaged and still covered in burnt on food. Extremely disappointed in Best Buy quality control in sending out a unit that was not inspected. The interior packaging still contained the personal information of the previous purchaser. Best Buy’s outsourced online help agreed to replace it but it does not resolve the fact that we had a used food product enter our home and now have to repackage and send out. Please be aware of the condition of your product when it arrives. Regrettably we will not be using Best Buy any further and this is an example of another brick and mortar chain that may not survive due to lack of concern for their processing.

I love this grill and the fact that I can cook my protein and veggies using one cookware instead of using multiple cookwares.

I bought this grill 4 months ago and started using regularly. I can cook a foll breakfast on it pancakes, over easy eggs bacon,etc. Clean it and cook dinner on it like steaks, chops, etc.the only thing you need to remember not to wash it. Steat it like any cast iron cookware. You still need to season it more for it to be perfect. Also last night I put an cast aluminum pan on it to good fish. I didn't want the fish order to stat on the grill. Worked out perfectly I'm very pleased

Amazing! I’ve been wanting an electric griddle for a decade but hate non stick. This is the perfect solution and it’s so simple to use and clean. Highly recommend, absolutely worth the cost.
