Worked wonderful. Kept all foods warm. Trays are roomy.

Highly disappointed

Purchased for hosting Christmas Day. Received a few days before Christmas but didn’t use it until that day. Must have gotten a dud. Unit would not get warm. Was very disappointed that I wasn’t able to use it for my holiday gathering.

Lid is cheaply made-arrived cracked

The product served its purpose but the lid was cracked when removing from the box. I opened the box a day before my event. Therefore, I didn't have time to order a replacement. The lids are VERY cheaply made especially given the cost I would’ve expected better quality.

Delivery was late and messed up thanksgiving dinner with company. Then one of the covers cracked the first time I used it. Need to reach customer service for replacement.

Doesn’t work.

Never heated up

Did not work. Plugged in, light came on, turned heat up and never heated. Turned all the way up and NOTHING! How disappointing as I was so excited to have this for our Christmas Eve dinner and Christmas morning breakfast for my family.

It worked fine for our Thanksgiving Holiday; the only negative was that one of the clear covers was cracked when we unpacked them. No problem with keeping the food warm throughout the day. It did meet my expectations and was reliable throughout the day to keep people eating safe food and it allowed more room around the dining table for people to sit and eat as it was placed on a side table out of the way of the traffic area.

Warms But Melts Lids

Gets hot but so hot lids start to melt. I did the first step as instructed to turn on my warmer. No where in instructions does it say don't put the lids on while on max. I thought the lids were made to endure the heat but not at max level I guess. That was concerning.

Good product

Good product, package arrived with one visible exterior damage, opened it and found a factory packed product with one of the clear plastic lids cracked.

Kept the food warm for several hours. Good purchase.

Great product. when on sale it's great. You can remove the three trays and use it as a warming tray. the thing is well made and heats up nicely. great!

One lid has cracked.

I bought this less than a month ago. It looks nice I like the stainless steel. The only thing I don't like is one lid has cracked. The lids feels so cheap. I don't think the lids will last for a long time. They should make the lids sturdy.

The triple buffet server is excellent it is high quality very very good after I ordered it it got here in a timely manner and everything was intact thank you very much

We have used this for family gatherings where people arrive and leve throughout the day. Food is kept warm and everyone serves themselves. This was an excellent investment.
