Stopped heating after 15 minutes. Returned.

PERFECT FOR ENTERTAINING ! I bought (2) sets of these, so I'd have room for multiple hot dishes...they exceeded my expectations and kept everything "perfectly" warm and/or hot as needed in the trays WITHOUT having to use our regular aluminum chaffing sets (water, Sterno flames, etc) as long as you have power outlet. Nice sized trays (2.5 qt) easily handled 10 person crowd--BBQ, Mac-n-Cheese, Green Beans, and Mashed potatoes...easy clean up or put directly in fridge when done. ABSOLUTELY LOVE the ability to use the warming tray surface for large casserole dishes--was perfect for Thanksgiving sides with 16 people. They pay for themselves with a LOT less cleanup required. I gave one set for a Christmas gift---got a BIG smile. Definitely recommend these for entertainers.

This is my 4th warming buffet tray over the years. They are great! I have a house full of guests, lay out the courses and let the guests serve themselves and get 2nds without asking. For hand foods the eating tray keeps the taquitos, pizza, egg Rolla, spring rolls, turn overs warm but not soggy. Guests live that finger food stays warm and tasty for hours.
