So good, I purchased another...

I purchased this chair for the motel we bought and renovated. A couple of wheels broke; they replaced them, no questions asked. An arm's padding fell apart; they replaced it right away. We sold the motel a year ago, and the chair remained behind. I didn't hesitate to purchase the chair again as NBF treated me well, and the chair was a 5-star product.

This chair does the job. I had hoped for a somewhat softer seat. I had a chair with a leather seat that was softer and very comfortable. Unfortunately, it was also sweaty. This chair does not seem to be as sweat prone. To me, it was a good trade. I'm happy with the chair.

GREAT CHAIR

I just bought TWO of these chairs. I am a larger person, retired, but spend a lot of time at the computer. I have had the same exact chair for 10 years, and finally it "gave up the ghost." The construction on this chair is a welded steel back support. The construction is amazing and well done. I would recommend this chair to everyone. It is a bit "pricy" but the quality is worth it!

For the price I was expecting so much better. Not comfortable at all. Much better options out there, I’d say keep looking.

Repeat purchase

This chair is very comfortable and easy to assemble. I have one at my office and one at my home office. It was the tallest and widest chair I could find. I love it.

It's a winner...

Very substantial chair. My husband loves this chair. His old desk chair broke, and I had to find one right away as he works from home. I measured everything, and looked for a chair with the features that he wanted. This chair seemed to have them all. He is a fairly big and tall man, and normal size chairs are not very comfortable for him working at his desk all day. This chair has a cushy leather seat, comfortable, adjustable arms, an open weave mesh back to keep him cool, and is tall enough for him to be plenty comfortable when he tilts the chair back a bit from time to time. We are very happy with this purchase.

Great office chair

I bought this chair for my home office. It is the most comfortable office chair I have ever sat in. One might think that a 400 lb weight rating is overkill (I weigh barely more than half that), but it gives the chair a solid feel that lesser furniture lacks. And I feel confident that the seat cushion will last for years without bottoming out.

Great oversized desk chair

Really comfortable and it just comes down to your preference on the actual seat cushion. We use these chairs for folks who don't like the Aeron mesh "cushion" and want a traditional seat cushion. People really enjoy them.

Quality Ergonomic Leather Comfort Chair

I wanted a nice genuine leather ergonomic chair with lower back lumbar support. I have had many back surgeries and needed a chair that could support but very comfortable. I love this chair! It fits every category.

Great 24/7 chair

This is going in an office that is used 24/7. The managers like these chairs as they are comfortable and easily adjustable for each person that like to sit in them.

This is a great chair. I read all the reviews on every site before deciding to buy it, and I'm really glad I got it. I'm about 5'9" and plus size and it is very comfortable, although I don't sit at the computer for hours on end so can't speak to full-day use. Shorter people might need a footrest. My preteen loves spinning on it, and always sits cross-legged or otherwise pretzel shaped, and likes the wide seat for that. This chair feels like it will last forever, and Home Depot had the best price.

Great chair

Love this chair. It was a lot heavier than I expected, but the weight makes it feel sturdy. Assembly was easy: I did it alone, but having a helper would make assembly a breeze. Very comfortable to sit in, I can sit in it all day without any back problems.

Good chair for those needing more room

As good as my friends more expensive chair provided by their work. moderately difficult to assemble. Seems to be pretty sturdy. Very spacious seat, extra wide.

Great overall, one small complaint, yes, I would buy again

I am 6'2", 300 lbs. The chair so far is great. Obvious quality construction from the way it easily went together during assembly. Good fit. Smooth rollers. It is nitpicky, but I have a long torso, so even in the highest positions, the arm rests are not quite high enough to comfortably reach my elbows when my arms are extended forward a bit to reach my keyboard. I wish they went 2-3" higher.

I really like this chair. I've had it for almost a month now, with almost daily use and I have no regrets. It is firm but not so firm that it is uncomfortable. It is wide and really pretty comfortable. It is a quality chair and should last quite a long time.

Office Star Space Seating Mesh Task Chair

It is just what I was hoping for. Sturdy, comfortable, and the cylinder keeps the seat exactly where I want it. I haven't tried any of the other adjustments, it was good right out of the box. Instructions for set up were spot on and I only had to get help lifting it to finish the assembly. It is heavy.

This is an amazing chair for a larger person like me. It is built solidly and feel like it will give me years of trouble-free use. Being 6'7" and 350lbs, I appreciate the overall height of the chair where my knees are below my hips when sitting, not above like in other "big and tall" chairs that sit low. There is plenty of support with the moveable lumbar pillow as well.

[Rewarded Review] Tilt lock issue

Tilt lock only has one position, which feels slightly tilted forward instead of level. Solidly built chair otherwise but the lack of multiple tilt lock positions is a major downside.

Comfortable, solid construction

Chair is comfortable and tall enough for my above average size frame. Assembly was straightforward with clear instructions and labeling of parts. Materials seem solid and durable.
