Customer service spectacular!

I bought the Driscott back in 2020 for my son. He is a big guy 6’2” and 300 lbs. The chair has been comfortable for him (actually the seat is super wide, even wider than he needed) and has performed well with heavy use for study and gaming until June of this year. At that point the seat plate cracked and wasn’t operating properly causing the seat to wobble. I wondered if maybe we could buy the part and checked back here. Someone mentioned in the questions that they had contacted customer service and were able to replace a part on their chair. (I did purchase the 3 yr furniture coverage but I think mostly the chair just has a great regular warranty.) Customer service was UNBELIEVABLE! Honestly I haven’t had this kind of customer service in years. I explained the problem and what part we thought we needed and the rep asked if we wanted to get a new piston too just in case. Both items were covered under the chair warranty (I don’t think it was the separately purchased warranty). One item shipped right away and the other was back ordered. They gave me a date it shd be back in stock and said it shd ship within two weeks of that date. I called when I tht I shd have heard something and they were able to verify that it had just been loaded on the truck and supplied the tracking number. Then someone followed up around 7 days later to make sure I received it. By the way I paid no shipping either. I mean SUCH good service. I will definitely buy from Staples again knowing this is the support I will get.

Extremely annoying

This chair makes loud creaking noises every time the user makes any kinds of movements. So, if you are a morbidly obese person who can't sit still, just know that this chair will annoy the hell out of your co-workers!

Big Man’s Chair

Good chair for large people. Fairly straightforward to assemble. Like all chairs of this type, the part that will wear out is the pneumatic cylinder.

I’m still loving it 4+ years later

This is my far the most comfortable everyday office chair I have ever owned. As a bonus, after every day useage for more than 4 years there are no problems with the chair at all!

Solid chair so far.

Had this chair about a week, build quality is pretty solid, even the plastic parts feel heavy duty. The back and arms wobble a tiny bit, but they are adjustable, so it's not really possible to make it super sturdy/wobble free, but it's not bad enough to really bother much.

Managers' Big & Tall Chair

I like the chair. It was a little awkward to put it together but the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The chair is very comfortable and is a major improvement from my previous desk chair. It provides great support and room to move about easily. I would recommend this chair to others. Please note it is a sturdy and heavy chair and caution should be taken to move it between floor levels.

Nice chair for Big & Tall

I picked this chair out for a co-worker who is 6'3" and about 250 lbs. He was using an average size chair that was awkward for his size. The chair is pretty huge looking. I'm 5'1" and can kind of curl up in it like a small recliner. His only comment was that the bottom cushion didn't seem as soft, but overall he said he really likes it.

This chair is what I've been looking for for at least 5 years, I am so glad that I took the chance on it. I'm a plus size lady and need ample hip room and plenty of cushion. I am so please with this purchase. I would definitely recommend this chair to others.

This chair is very comfortable. It has a nice thick cushion on the seat, and extra width for comfort.

Best Office Chair

This is the best office chair I've ever had. I'm a bit more on the robust side and I hate feeling squeezed into a chair with narrow arms. This chair as tons of space and has a great lean. It's the 2nd one I've bought and it's amazing.
