Nail poking through

I bought 2 of these for our office, the nails are poking through the seat cushion. Dangerous, manufacturer defect.

Not as comfortable as some

Not very comfortable; the back pushes you out of the chair. It’s a great value and looks nice. But not the most comfortable office chair i have purchased from sams club.

Good sturdy chair, but not the best lumbar support

The chair's depth is not much, wish it was more. It is better than other chairs for the price but lacks good lumbar support. Am using a gel cushion pad for the base along with a pillow sometimes

Great Chair for the Price

I love my new chair. For the price it's works for me like so many others now that I'm working from home I need to feel comfortable. This chair works for me.

Assembling is easy, comfort is good but after a few days of usage it starts making squeaky noises, and that was the main reason I was replacing my first chair with this one. I wanted a quiet comfortable chair and got the opposite.

Most horrible experience.

The build quality of the seat is extremely poor. I used this chair for a week and the seat has almost gone flat. The cushion wouldn’t last for over a week. I am NOT on the heavier side, I weigh 175lbs, so there is no reason why the cushion could go flat in less than a week. Terrible experience.

Good back support, seat cushion is a little thin

Satisfied with the back support, and the mesh design of the back keeps things cooler. The main thing about this chair that keeps me from rating it higher is that the cushion doesn't quite stand up to hours of sitting without starting to feel like I'm sitting on wood. I added another cushion on top of the existing one, and it works - after a fashion.

Black Leather Mid-back Reclining/Swivel Office Cha

Well first off ... I have to say that the last 2 of these had flaws in one of the arms (on each), and while I wasn't able to get a replacement for just the arms (as I didn't want to replace the entire chairs), I did receive a discount on them due to the flaws, and that was reasonable and satisfactory to me!!! ....... Beyond that ..... I absolutely "LOVE" these chairs!!! :) ..... I first bought a set of four to go with my black smoked glass

not a very comfortable chair

Purchased this chair for office use and it tilts forward and is not very comfortable. Does not have a lever to tilt back. Would not recommend this chair.

Do Not Buy

This chair was the biggest pain I went through. After having problems having the chair shipped to me, I finally get it and construct it to the way it was instructed. After all that the moment I sit on it, it begins to sink. This is a horrible product and would not recommend it to anyone.

Just what we needed

It snapped together fairly easily. At first we thought the seat was a little crooked, but the it seems to have straightened out after sitting on it for a week. No complaints - and we are purchasing another one.

Perfect office chair!

My hubby and I are setting up a small office and couldn't be any more happy with this chair. The mesh back allows for breathing, which I find invaluable. It's sturdy and really easy to assemble. We're extremely happy with it and, of course, you can't beat Walmarts prices!

Really liking this chair!

First, I find this chair comfortable. It's not the softest, but I don't think I would want my computer chair too soft anyway. I have a black glass L shaped computer desk so this black leather computer chair complements it beautifully. Took me about 45 minutes to assemble. When you assemble this chair, leave the screws for the back and seat a little loose. This helps when attaching the arms. Bought this off of Walmart.com on a Thursday afternoon and received it on Tuesday morning. All the parts and screws were there. For the price, I would definitely recommend buying this chair.

home/school chair

This is a VERY comfortable chair. I have one at home, and I have one at work. It's tall, though, so I had to keep the arms off for it to fit underneath my home desk which is short. If you're looking for an arm-less chair, but don't want to sacrifice comfort, you could buy this and keep the arms off like I did. With the arms, it's perfect for a bigger desk--like a teacher desk. The instructions are poorly written and labeled, but it's not hard to assemble.

Office Chair

Really comfortable chair, great back support. Only issue was the arms weren't wide enough for the drawer on my desk so I took one arm off and kept one on. Still works great.

soft, but.......

Chair comes in plain, brown, unmarked box, no pictures or brand what so ever. If We had not disposed of the box before we actually had to sit in it, we'd return it. The leather is soft & comfy to sit on..BUT the chair leans to the right!!! This makes it awkward to sit in. I feel like I am sitting downhill sideways....plus its a bit wobbly. Also, the arms are not 100% sturdy..a bit wobbly as well...not sure they will last long.....they are loose because they cannot be tightened more without possibly stripping the threads.

Good basic chair

The chair seems to be okay so far. The cushion is very firm so if you are used to a soft seat, this is not the chair for you. Otherwise it seems well made, but time will tell. But for the price it was a good deal.

A very high quality chair!

I absolutely love this chair! It's very sturdy and comfortable. I bought this for my daughter and my husband and I loved it so much that I'm ordering one for our office. You will not find a better price for a chair that is this comfortable and real leather! It only took 10 minutes to put together too!

Sitting Pretty!

My new office chair absolutely fits the bill. It not only is a great looking piece of furniture, but it is so comfortable I can sit at the computer for long periods of time without getting tired. In addition to the comfort, it rolls around smoothly and effortlessly. It is just what I was just what I was looking for. Thanks, Walmart, for the quality and affordability I have come to look for from you.

Very nice chair!

The chair went together very simply, was packed well and arrived fast without damage. Sits a little higher than expected in the lowest position - have a lower work surface that was a good match for more of a lounge chair - so it'll work well for any standard desk height. The tilt is very slight, though comfortable.
