I have tried multible way to contact this company and the have NO WAY to contact them, the virtual agen just hang up on you. #11244494 is my order number if they want to reach me email me.

Light

This is a very nice light, however I didn’t discover that it didn’t include numbers and it stays on 24hr a day, when daylight is here no need. But still better than expected.

horrible customer service

I purchased this product but the electrician said it would not work so I requested a return ticket. Got a FEDEX return ticket and the company credit me $1.37 when they received all the items (address light and 4 numbers) versus the $62.33 I paid. They are so disorganized and you can not reach anyone.

Very nice looking and easy to install. I wish the light dimmed and brightened based on it being day/night outside, but then it would have been more expensive. I am trying to get the other owners in my complex to switch out their signs to these.

I DID NOT LIKE ANYTHING ABOUT PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT OR DEALING WITH LOWE'S PERSONNEL -- THEY ARE UNTRAINED AND UNWILLING TO HELP WITH ORDERS OR RESOLVE ISSUES ... THEY WHERE NOT AT ALL KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT THIS PRODUCT OR WILLING TO HELP WITH ORDERING IT -- THEY DID NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO TRY TO LOOK IT UP SO AN ORDER COULD BE PLACED INSTORE.. THE PRODUCT APPARANTLY COMES WITHOUT NUMBERS SO I HAD TO PLACE TWO SEPERATE ORDERS WHICH I DID AT THE SAME TIME HOWEVER, WHEN LOWE'S NOTIFIED ME THAT MY ORDER HAD ARRIVED FOR STORE PICK UP AND ONLY AFTER I ARRIVED AT THE STORE WAS I TOLD ONLY HALF OF MY ORDER HAD ARRIVED SO I HAD TO MAKE A SCEOND TRIP TO THE STORE. AFTER THE SECOND PART OF MY ORDER ARRIVED AND THE STORE NOTIFIED IT WAS READY FOR PICK UP, I PICKED THE BOX CONTAINING WHAT I THOUGHT WAS THE NUMBERS I HAD ORDERED -- GOT HOME AND OPENED THE BOX ONLY TO FIND BLANK INSERTS --NO NUMBERS. I MADE THIRD TRIP TO LOWE'S TO RETURN THE BLANKS FOR A REFUND AND ASKED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON IF SHE WOULD PLACE THE ORDER FOR THE NUMBERS AND SHE SAID SHE COULD NOT BECAUSE SHE DID NOT HAVE AN ITEM NUMBER AND DID NOT KNOW HOW TO LOOK IT UP AND SAID SHE HAD NO IDEA WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON GAVE ME A PHONE NUMBER AND TOLD ME IT WAS CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR PROGRESS LIGHTING. I CALLED THE NUMBER I WAS GIVEN BY THE LOWE'S CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON AND WAS TOLD THAT THE NUMBER WAS FOR A FLASH LIGHT COMPANY NOT PROGRESS LIGHTING.

Replacement

This was a replacement for a 21 year old fixture that was identical. Easy to install and the new led is great.

Number display with no numbers included

The frame is just as described. What they forget to tell you is there are no numbers included so you can use this product

looks great but

The light looks great but after installing it my garage door opener would not work, Turned out the the lights (all LED) emit a frequency that interferes with the opener. Turned it off and the garage worked perfectly
