I bought the rollerblade wheels to give it a little extra lift based on those other reviews, and I totally did not need them. At it's lowest setting, this chair is almost too tall for me. My only complaint is that the foot rest isn't wide enough for my feet to actually use it. But I have short fat legs and I have that problem with all bar stool type chairs.

Excellent value

This chair is heavy and built like a tank. Just got it so durability remains to be seen. Icing on the cake is a ** discount I received. Would definitely buy again and refer to others.

Installation took less than 5 minutes. The chair is adjustable and very comfortable. I am very pleased with the purchase.

Got cheaper as an open box item. No issues. Just what we needed for our customer counter. It does sit tall, and this is perfect for our setting. Jamie

This stool is exactly what I was looking for in a chair. It's called a chair. It seems very well made. Heavy duty. It only receives three stars because it's not a chair, it's a stool. No matter how we adjusted it, my feet couldn't rest on the floor. I am 5'7", so it's not a height issue. It was designed to be used with your feet on the bar. I was looking for a chair. If you want a tall stool, I recommend this. Wayfair, I suggest you update the name of this item to reflect the fact it's a stool. When we received the box, I thought the order was mixed up, as it was labelled as a stool on the box. The website should be updated to reflect that.

VERY DISAPPOINTING

First, Staples did an fantastic job of getting this shipped out to me in just one day. Besides that, please realize that the chair does not come with arms. It says that you can buy optional arms for this model chair, yet I could not find the specific arm kit that would work. I went to the Safco website and emailed their customer service and got no response. I did the usual Google search and could find no resource to purchase the arms. I did find a an arm kit at Staples that I thought would fit since the arm had 4 mounting holes as does the underside of the seat of this chair, but those did not fit either. This is a comfortable chair, but there is no lumbar support and for this price ;point I'd expect there to be a fully adjustable system. Bottom line: This is a very expensive chair without any lumbar support and does not have the option to put arms on at a later time. I won't buy any other Safco products.
