A dream come true!

I love this. Love, love, love this! My pots and pans are organized, and BONUS I hung it above my sink so when I wash the pots and pans, I just hang them up and they drip dry right in to the sink! It's a dream come true because I always thought these contraptions looked classy in movies and I wanted one so now I have one!

It does the job

I wanted to hang pots and strainers above the kitchen counter for easy access. This does the trick. The hooks are not fastened to the rack, which is good because you can move them around as you see fit. None of the hooks have come off the rack when I pull a pot off, so that's good. The only minus is that the rack hangs from the ceiling by chains, not rods, so the rack might move when you load or unload items and usually tilts to the left or right depending on the weight and placement of the items you hang from it. Pull off a pot for use and the balance shifts. That doesn't bother me but my wife is annoyed by the imbalance.

Installed today and looking great. I agree with other reviewers about hardware. We wanted something a bit more sturdy and more decorative, see pictures. Those decorative hooks are sold at Lowe’s and come with butterfly anchors right in the package. They worked wonderfully. I would only trust drilling into a stud or using a good anchor with this kind of a rack that is supposed to hold some weight. Given that the hooks can only go in a certain spot, above where the chain is connected, there is almost no getting around using a butterfly, or another sturdy anchor, Now I can finally hang my set, and the kitchen looks more inviting!

The welds are clean and it's solid. Pretty minimalist but that goes in its favor. Wife loves it. All hardware included. Nothing to complain about.

Nice but...

It’s what I wanted BUT I’m giving them a 4 because not everything came the hooks to hang it were missing. I’m going to Home Depot to get some. I’m also going to get some chain my ceiling is rather high

It's very nice. It frees up alot of cabinet space. It seems to be pretty sturdy.

Simple, functional, good value

The rack works in the space nicely. I adjusted the chains so it hangs a bit higher to easily clear my head when I am at the sink. I just have a collapsible step stool stored on the side of my island for when I occasionally need an item off the top.
