We recently bought a home and hated the faucet that was in our kitchen so we purchased this beautiful one. We had it in our last home and it is really great. I love that there are two options for water. It is solid and looks great. I would recommend it!

Beautiful faucet

We’ve had this faucet for about a year. Our plumber installed it and mentioned it was the highest quality faucet he’s installed. The sprayer recently started malfunctioning which seems to be a common problem upon reading other reviews. I contacted customer support and they sent a new part out the NEXT day! Responsive and polite customer service. It’s working again and hoping the replacement will last. We get lots of compliments on it and it is a statement in our kitchen.

A high quality faucet

A little more in cost, but it was in stock. Looks just like the images and as a faucet it works better than expected. The water comes out smooth and precise.

Leaks from handle

This faucet is the exact functionality we wanted and was a big splurge for us. After less than a year, it started leaking. Signature Hardware support was great but sadly the replaced leaked from the handle, damaging our hardwood floors and and finished basement below. I cannot recommend this faucet.

2 person install

Works well. Looks good. Essentially have to have two people in order to install. Extremely difficult to have install done by one person.

Second one purchased, because it is awesome!

I bought one of these for our laundry room because we wash dogs there and use the sink to soak laundry. Wife liked it so much she wants one in the kitchen and another at the vacation house. The little faucet is important, some don't have it but for a kitchen sink, if you want to run water and not stand and hold the lever the whole time the extra money is worth it for this.

Looks Great but not easily Functional

We love the look of the Faucet but Hate that we can not use the sprayer as the main faucet. The pot filler is the main faucet and this model doesn’t have a locking feature to allow hands free sprayer option. Disappointing!

Love the look, sad it leaked.

I absolutely love the look of this faucet, but there was an internal flaw that caused it to leak underneath. I returned first one, second one was the same way. I couldn't risk a third one. The company did fully refund my money, thank you. I wish it would have worked as it is stunning.

Sturdy Faucet that Gets Everything Right

This is a fantastic faucet. The feel of the faucet is really important to me. I wanted something that feels heavy and sturdy and has a solid stream. After testing about 100 different faucets, this was my favorite.

Don't buy!

We have had it one month with very light use and the black color is starting to come off showing a gold color underneath. Nothing covers it and we feel ripped off! Paying so much for a faucet, we think it should last a little longer.

The Coolest!

I love this faucet. Very functional, the only draw back is I installed it into a ss sink. Its not made to do that. I will have to modify the sink with support. The other thing is the locking ring is very thin, and with the screws where they are, it should be thicker so you can get a hold of it to tighten.

Excellent Quality and Function!

Not only does this faucet look great but it functions even better! The spout swivels from side to side and can swivel out of your way when working in the sink. The sprayer is probably the best feature. It is very easy to use. The sprayer works great when rinsing dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. It easily sprays food particles right off of the plate.
