Not very happy at all.
I bought this item and the push button broke off. The company would not replace it. I would not buy anything from them.
Ok for price
I needed it to keep coffee hot for 2-3 hours and it doesn't really make it. After an hour, it's still pretty hot, though I make it stronger and add a bit of boiling water to the carafe to help it stay hotter.
I have to give this black plastic beverage server a 1 star because the top lid did not screw on correctly either the top was defective or the top that seem to be forced in was the wrong size top. Couldn’t tell you if it kept coffee hot because couldn’t get top to screw on, disappointed.!
I was hoping that it kept the coffee warmer longer. And I ordered a size too big. Maybe I will get lucky the next time. I used it once. I still have it in the box.
