Packaged well altho all styrofoam! Well made, easy to assemble, looks exactly like the photo. Very sturdy. Really happy with this purchase.

This is a very well structured desk. Initially, I accidentally tossed one of the smaller pieces of the tempered glass in a dumpster. When I retrieved the glass, it was still fully intact. No scratches, dents, etc. The desk offers lots of workspace. Also, I absolutely love the organized storage part in the back.

Too hard to keep my son focused with this desk. I can't help him with homework standing next to him, hurts my back. We have a high desk chair that my son uses if he needs to sit, and for being 11 years old, he struggles getting up and down. He slams that swinging bar, and it serves as a distraction far more. We're not happy. For home schooling, not ideal.

Another reviewer noted the standing desk is a great height for 5' 8" person, and it is true. The desk was easy to put together and I use the pocket behind the back glass panel to hide monitor cords. I managed to fit two monitors and a keyboard on the 35" desktop. I also got the 3442GR Safco chair which reaches the desk if I feel like sitting.

For a desk that's like 5 times as expensive as some of the other standing desks here, it's not 5 times as great but it IS really cute. Note: this desk is NOT height-adjustable. I'm 5'8 and tend to wear flat shoes. This will fit exactly me, in a range of flat shoes to maybe hiking boots. If you're not 5'8' (or shorter + wear heels constantly), and actually care about proper ergonomic position and don't want to alter it somehow, do NOT BUY THIS DESK. Even tightened down all the way, it still moves a little bit side to side with my typing. It's cute, though. If you want a standing desk that doesn't look like it belongs in a factory or a medical office, this is pretty much your choice. The fidget bar thingie for your feet is what sold me on this desk initially, though, and it's pretty great. Easy to put together, it took me about 30 minutes and only required an (included) crummy little Allen wrench.

This desk is a lot of fun! I like the fidget bar. Very easy to put together (I'm a 60 year old woman with arthritis and poor assembly skills). It took me about 45 minutes to get the desk up and going. Instructions are pictures only; no written instructions. The height stated (49") is from floor to top of back shelf thing. Floor to work surface is a bit over 42 inches. I have an iMac and the keyboard is at a great height for typing. I'd buy it again! Also I bought a gel floor mat (the kind they have for kitchens) to relieve stress on knees.
