LOVE THIS DESK...IT IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL AND THE SERVICE PERSON WHO CAME TO PUT IT TOGETHER WAS VERY NICE AND TOTALLY CLEANED UP ALL THE PACKING MATERIAL.
Great solid wood desk that was incredibly easy to assemble! The top and drawers came assembled, just attached the legs! Had to google how to remove the drawers to get the last screw in there but easy to do! I took a star away because the top has a sort of coating on it that gives it texture instead of just smooth wood. Not a deal breaker but FYI

Beautiful. But… the drawers stick and need to be forcibly closed. Not a dealbreaker but it would be better to not describe as “soft close”.

Love the look of desk but like others report the drawer doesn’t really close well at all.
The table is good quality, tasteful design (I especially like the handles - brass gold is nice). The navy blue is very dark and looks more like black. The drawers do not close firmly and you need to make a push to close it. This is the problem with the whole collection (I have nightstands from the same collection and they have the same problem). Drawers are also not very deep. Table is relatively low, I can barely fit my legs under it (I am 5’6”), so may not be good option for a tall person.
Love the desk! Unfortunately I am unable to close the drawers and don't know what to donow!
