Quality wrought iron hinges, the look I was hoping for.
My recently built gate looks spectacular with all this new wrought iron hardware. The quality of the products is as expected from Houzz. Each piece is 'heavy' in your hand and provides the look of age without being fragile or difficult to work with. The surface is a bit rough, therefore not an intense black but they are meant to look old. (I am trying to add photos.) In the attached photo of the hinges, you will notice that the hinge has been 'over-sprayed' with the poly and the screws will need a touch-up with some black paint. We had to use longer screws due to the depth of the gate construction.
