I love these locks. Love the fingerprint option as well as code. Also, will lock door in-case someone forgets to lock manually. Good security. Purchased over a year and no issues to date.

I liked these when I had them installed at my house. The remote access is perfect to let people in. The programmable codes with time slots is great for when people need access at certain times and the fingerprint was also awesome.

Garbage!

Nothing but issues from installation! Connectivity issues, battery issues. These are TERRIBLE and unreliable. Put two on the front and back doors of our STR and am now searching for Weiser or Schlage replacements. Total waste of money. Be warned!!

I wouldn't recommend the se pretty old technology. I don't like them at all so I returned them for a short period of time. There's other versions that just came out after these. That are much much better

This lock was amazing for the time that it worked. Spent $250 on it in 2022 and had zero issues. Warranty is only good for 18 months and now on month 20 of owning it, it no longer will connect to the WiFi. I have done everything possible to fix it with no luck. It’s now reset and has no codes, cannot be fixed and can only be opened with a manual key. If you want a super fancy lock for less than two years then definitely buy this one.

Good smart lock with minor issues

Aesthetically, this lock looks nice, albeit a bit bulky. Another positive point is that it is powered by a custom battery which has higher capacity, the app works well too. The issues that I encountered so far are:

Does what it's supposed to do: Smart wifi security lock. Love the fingerprint reader. Battery lasts about 7 months!

Sometimes it doesn’t sync well with the app. It doesn’t auto lock; and shows an inaccurate status in the app even after being calibrated multiple times. I hope it is a software issue that will be fixed with the next update. Otherwise the lock is solid and works great.

I bought this less than two months ago but it’s always showing deadbolt maybe stuck. When I try to close it from outside with the passcode or my fingerprint.

Don’t recommend purchasing this lock

I can’t recommend purchasing this lock. I’ve had it for a few years now. It no longer locks properly and the deadbolt gets jammed. You could argue that’s wear and tear, but its sole purpose is to be a lock and it can’t perform that function properly.

[Rewarded Review] Avoid Eufy at all costs! Deadbolt will not last!!

Purchased a deadbolt from Eufy in 2021. A deadbolt, an item that should last a lifetime, or at least 10-15 years. My screen stopped functioning, I contacted customer support. They let me know there was nothing that could be done. I asked to have the issue escalated. I have all original receipts and information. They said I'd be put on a "Supervisor call que" but and I quote "I likely wont get a call back". I then asked to leave a formal complaint and the agent hung up on me. This was after 20 minutes on the phone. No wonder this company has a 1.5 star rating. Awful.

Very disappointing! The bluetooth connection stopped working after a year and a half. The product is past its warranty so we could not get a replacement. Never buying from this company again
