Great lock and features except one

No complaints except it says it’s able to be unlocked with an Apple Watch, this is false so if that is a deal breaker don’t buy it. I contacted the company directly and they confirmed that it does not unlock/lock using an Apple Watch.

This smart lock works well, but for me wasn’t the easiest to install. It ended up not being fully compatible with the lock already installed so make sure to double check before buying. Other than that - it’s a well-priced smart lock.

Unfortunately it wasn’t compatible with my place. I had my parents try it on theirs and it worked okay but a bit glitchy. They ended up taking it off because they were afraid of getting locked out. Installation was relatively easy. I think will stick with turnkey for now.

The App regularly incorrectly shows lock/unlock failure message. The App also mis-reports whether the lock is locked or unlocked. This, of course makes it entirely useless for access management and remote access control. Support was unable to help.

I put the lock on my front door and that’s the best thing I could ever do for my appartement cause whenever I got someone who’s coming I just give them the code so they can enter if my busy The installation was so easy you just have to follow the instructions and download the eufy security app put your WiFi on and your door is ready to use this is so far the best and more useful product I ever got from Influenster Thank you so much

I never got the item even though it says it was delivered. This is making it hard to review it lol. So, I am unsure of what to say otherwise. idk trying to hit 120 char.

Whats not to love about this smart lock?! I had to get something to install it for me. It looked difficult, but installing didnt take ny gandy man long at all. It came packaged great my kids love it. Its easy to use and it makes coming in house with bags so much easier! I wish I had this a long time ago.

Installation was quick and easy, just follow the instructions. I had a Ring camera before so im comparing the 2. The app seems to have more options than Ring so that’s nice. The key lock looks more sleek and flat. Only thing is im having issue with setting up my fingerprint so im still trying to figure it out. And this lock has a key hole which defeat the purpose of it, it can be picked so that’s something to think about. Overall not bad at all for the price point!

I moved in the new place so this come right on time. Really easy to install and set up. The lock is light and easy to switch. I used this for my bedroom’s room door and kinda compatibility.

I’m not gonna lie - it was not the easiest to install. I’m not always the most tech savvy, so I wish the app was a little more user friendly. Part of me kind of wonders about security regarding this product, but I will update my review if anything negative happens. It def gives peace of mind while you’re away and worried about someone going into your door or forgetting to lock it.
