Love how easy it is to cook on the Blackstone. Had to get the 36"

It’s nice but not worth the money

The base is kinda cheaply made for what you pay and the iron top came twiced and one burner isn’t working properly out of the box

Put together with ease

Very easy to put together. Instructions were easy to follow it took longer than 30 minutes but it wasn’t an issue.

Burners pop and sputter

Right out of the box burners all sputter and pop. Have reset regulator and tried different fuel tanks. The whole unit appears to be warped as the griddle rocks from corner to corner.

Love the grill

Well made. Wish there was an option to buy already set up for LNG.

Shipping was wonky.

The flame protection plate was damaged in shipping. Fixed it myself but very frustrating

Great griddle

Easy to use and maintain. Durable as well. This is my second as I have one at my cabin as well.

Shipping

I was so excited to assemble my black stone when I received it. The first thing I noticed was the box was severely run down and damaged. Then while unpacking I noticed screws were all over the place and not in their designated plastic. So now we have missing screws, damaged heat shield and a damaged hard cover just from shipping. I’m still excited to use it for the first time but this first impression made me sad.

The box came with a big hole and was missing 1 acorn nut for the wheel to be put on, and multiple washers were missing for the utensil hooks. Also the heat shield had broken rivets. Good thing I have spare nuts and bolts or I would have sent it back!

I'm very dissapointed

The griddle does not heat up the way I expected it too heat up.

Walmart service is horrible

The griddle is amazing, the Walmart "eperience" was awful!!!!!

Follow up with an upgrade in rating

I reviewed my 2177 citing my only complaint as terrible customer service. While no one called me, today I called Blackstone after posting my review. There was about a 4 minute wait for customer service. I spoke with Consuelo and she was awesome! As a manager in a call center environment I have to say she did a great job. She apologized for my frustration, found my replacement parts and sent them out to me. By the time we got off the phone, I decided to purchase a hood as well. So here is the update:

Disappointed

I received the Blackstone grill and found that the hardware component package was missing 50 % of the nuts and bolts. No phone number er....no response to email and registration. I have not had something like this happen before. The "quick" repsonse....is not thus far.

Finally! And dissapointing

I was so excited to finally get myself a Blackstone. I have given several as gifts. Upon opening it, there were missing bolts and wing nuts and the heat tray rivets were missing and broken. I called and BS did sent out replacement parts, but my window to assemble had come and gone. I finally put the grill together and now one of the burners is not staying lit. Wah wah.

Cable cut

Came with a broken spark ignitor. The leg cut the cable in 2 upon opening the box...

Got a great deal

Got my 4 burner, 35" griddle for 50% off the sale price of $299 at TSC, because it had a little surface rust on the front lip of the griddle. The stationary two wheels are attached a bit flimsily, but I'll tac-weld them and eliminate the poor design. I couldn't pass up this griddle for $150.00!!

Missing pieces and delayed shipping

Not only was this a week late from the scheduled delivery it was also missing thumbscrews, acorn nuts, sheer pins. I am excited for the product but your company dropped the ball on a $500+ purchase. Very disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend ordering directly from Blackstone unfortunately
