Bought this for my mother’s garden and she loves it. So far, it has held up great in the weather and looks well made

Poor Quality For Toscano

Very nice looking but as another person stated very wobbly! I tried using Velcro to help secure top to bases. Doesn’t sit right on the gargoyles. Also we only put it outside during summer, I had a flower pot on it and the whole top is peeling and chipping from water sitting on it. I’ve had this for a few years and I have to refinish and sand down the top. Hoping it works! Poor quality for price in my opinion. I have tons of Toscano items and this isn’t up to par.

I was expecting this to be heavy, so it was a nice surprise that it is so light weight, LOVE IT!

This looks nice but not really for sitting on ,more for decor. If you sit on it and perhaps have to lean forward for some reason the whole thing goes forward -major design flaw. See the attached photos. If you are not seated completely in the center and lean forward the top will come up in the back. If you sit in the center and lend forward the whole thing goes forward. It is very lightweight and comes apart just by picking up the top. See photos. I may glue the top to the bottom at least to stop the back of seat from coming up . There is however nothing I can do about the tipping. Someone who is large and sits on will probably have no problem with stability but for someone small like me they will. I cannot believe this would hold someone 200lbs. It is light weight. It does look very pretty in my garden only reason I did not return. Be sure to spray with clear rustoleum that has UV protection so will last. I have purchased many outdoor items over the years from Toscano that were expensive and didn't bother to do so and they just rotted in the sun over the years. I did 3 coats on this !

I bought this for a shower remodel. I love that it is resin and lightweight, mold resistant, and the perfect size for a bench in my garden shower. It looks to be stone.

Had to wait for it to be in stock but well worth the wait. I love it

Awesome

Have had this bench outside for eight years at two different homes. From freezing temperatures to extreme heat. After eight year it has one small area on the corner that has a small crack. I love this bench and will order another when this one has had enough.

It was smaller than I thought it would be. Overpriced for the size

I love this bench; the design of the Gargoyles is excellent and mysterious . I use this bench in my room and not outdoors. Just the color is different: white in the photo but grey in reality. The shipment towards Italy was perfect!

Made for kids, Very small and cheap sending it back

Shows well, fits well in many spaces. Easy to move!!!!!

This is my second gargoyle bench of it's kind I have bought. The first one I bought looks more like the photo, with all of the fine detail around the outside of the bench top being well defined and consistent. When I received this one, I was slightly disappointed by the lack of defined detail around the outside of the bench top. It looked as though it was molded to only a "comp" or "rough" level of finish, but not an eyesore, so to speak. I used this one as an end table rather than a bench. I like how the gargoyles can be turned. I kept one of them face-front, while I turned the other one facing outside so it faced the viewer who would be looking at my sofa from the side or the long way. This option of turning one or both of the gargoyles provided a wonderful design solution/option for my home that I was looking for. The top of the bench was not perfectly level like the first one I bought...but was not a setback. Still glad I bought a second one.

unstable; too short; plastic smell; expensive

It looks good from a distance, but the gargoyle pedestals are separate pieces and do not fit into the bench part snugly. Hence, the bench is wobbly, and the whole thing does not feel stable when sitting on it. If you lean too much forward or backward, the bench can flip. I tried gluing it together, but the first glue I tried didn't stick, so I'll have to try something else. Also, the pedestals are a bit short, so I put them on some gray garden wall bricks to make the bench a more comfortable height. It's made of "designer resin", which has a strong plastic smell. It may wear off over time, but ours still smells after a couple of weeks outside. Given all the issues, and that it seems to be made of some kind of plastic, $249.99 is way too expensive for this product.

Faux Stone Gargoyle Bench

I've had this bench for three years (indoors) and it looks just fine. I had to make a thick cushion for it because it is too low but otherwise it looks unusual and fascinating. Everyone loves it!

Nice idea but poorly executed

This item easily fell apart within a year and a half. It just couldn't hold up to the NE summers and winters. Surface cracked and split apart leaving very sharp edges one could cut their hands or legs on. Avoid at all costs!
