The mat and cord were wired incorrectly with power wired @ neutral to ground.

No more ice

These work perfectly. I had one last winter at the back door, now at the front and at the garage side. They are worth every penny. No more ice.

gfci cable quit working.

The mat worked great and kept my dogs feet warm. Unfortunately, the gfci cable quit working already.

Did not come with power cables

I ordered 2 of these, with plug GFI end, but neither came with the plug. Now I need to figure out where to buy one that will work with these. No idea if these mats even work.

This mat works great. I got a second one and I’m so pleased with both of them. I’m considering one more in another icy spot I have.

Good Mat But Waste of Length

These mats are pricy but they deliver what you expect. Except for the fact that you can't connect them long lengthwise. I bought 4 assuming that I would get a little over 13 feet of coverage out of them. Instead, I only have 7 and 3/4 feet coverage. This is because the connectors are short and do not go the entire length of the mat. So i can't connect lengthwise. They don't sell an accessory to allow for this, as far as I can see. So, to get my 13 feet, I will have to pay almost twice the price.
