We love this pitcher and have no regrets over this purchase.

If you like water you know it doesn't all taste the same. I love the taste of this water. The alkaline helps reduce my stomach acid. My only complaint is the price and availability of the replacement filters. I was a Brita Babe but I made the switch about 5 years ago.

Not happy

Their filters are not domestically made, they come from China. I should have done my research before I went ahead with my purchase.

We’ve had this for a few years and I prefer it to similar products from other companies. The design is sleek and minimalist and the filter tracker is electronic and easy to use. No frills filtered water :)

I like this product a lot it’s made well I was watering my plants with the waste water one day and accidentally dropped the lid two stories off my balcony and it did not break so that’s good

Overall pretty good but there are a lot of pieces of carbon those black particles that get through the filter and into the water kind of hard to avoid it. Price is fair

Quality Filter System

This is my very first water filter system and I must say I'm impressed. I didn't expect it to be soo big it holds a lot of water and when it's full it's heavy to carry. But I must say the water taste amazing compared to what I was drinking before. It is very easy to set up just follow the instructions and you're good to go. It filters the water quickly which is good. I got this one for my family but in the future I will get the upgraded model.

Useful Water Pitcher

Very pleased with this pitcher. The filters last a long time. It pours very well and you can fill it up with water through an opening in the top of the lid. Very convenient.

Chemical Taste

Our new Santevia has a terrible chemical taste after 15 days of use... We followed the instructions fully and even did extra rinsing on. the filter and it still tastes off. Hoping to be given a new filter by the company to see if it was just a bad filter.

I would recommend this water jug to anyone and everyone! Since I cannot tolerate the taste of the chemical treated tap water...I was searching for a filter jug. I have tried Brita and Zero but got a bitter aftertaste. Researching online I read that the reason that the water from these filtration systems tasted bitter was because the chemicals that we are used to are removed. I was going to give up and resort to bottled water...and feel guilty each time I opened one. After reading about the choice of alkaline water for ph regulation...I decided to try this product. I cannot say enough about the taste of the water...it is like drinking from a clear cool spring. Thank you...Thank you...Thank you!
